Fun with bright lights but way too loud I put electrical tape over the speaker to tone it down.

    • Cool idea, but not as practical as I hoped
At first, this was great, and the kid loved it. After about 10 min of play, the parents were going nuts and the kid had broken off a piece. The wheels that make it turn 360° are soo small that they sometimes mess up because of it and forget using this on carpet, it won't go. The lights and sounds only have one switch so you can't turn them on independently. That means that the whole time the child wants to play with it, it's blaring the sirens. It is really cool for a child who has all hard wood floor in their house and isn't rough at all with their toys. My nephew seems just too tough on it for it to last. It was cool watching him play with it for those 10 min though. The touch sensitive part is exactly like a roomba and that was my favorite part of it. If the kid didn't need to constantly touch it, it would go for a while with all the adults watching and letting it bump into them lol. ... show more

My son LOVES this toy. It moves on its own and turns itself around when it bumps into things, which I thought was pretty neat. The only issue with this toy is how obnoxiously loud it is. This is easy to fix though, just unscrew the bottom and cut the green wires labeled speaker. Then it will still move but without the siren. Overall, a great purchase for Christmas 🎄 ... show more

    • Amazing toy
This is the best toy ever. My 3 year old son absolutely loves it and plays with it every single day. The best part about it, besides a very realistic siren and beautiful 3D colors, is that it has sensors when it moves on the floor. When the truck hits a roadblock of some sort, or a corner, it automatically turns around and starts moving in a different direction. Sort of like a robot vacuum. We have never had a toy like that and we are both fascinated! My son likes to play a game "let the firetruck find me", where he turns the truck on somewhere in the room and then hides under the living room carpet. He lays there until the truck makes its way to my son where he is hiding :) And then my son squeals with delight :) Excellent value for the money as well and highly recommend as a gift, especially for boys fascinated with fire trucks.
