  • Diamond coating peels away
Style Name: Set Size: 10-Piece
Have had this set almost 3 years. The finish sounded like a pretty good, safe, sturdy, healthy way to cook. I would NOT buy this cookware again as the finish on all 3 skillets is peeling off and exposing our food to the aluminum underneath...NOT good. I wil go back to using the Chantal ceramic coated cookware. ... show more

  • Not worth the money
Style Name: Saute Size: 11-Inch
We did a lot stir fry. In the past, our non-stick pans got sticky, they costed from 20 dollars to 90 dollars. After being sick of buying new one every year or every other year, I wanted to try out an expensive one. The Woll website said their products have life time warranty. With their confidence I got confidence. I was very happy in the first year. We had been careful: used only silicon spatula, waited it cool down before washing, preheated each time... However starting mid second year, I noticed the non-stick coat chipped away, and gradually food got stuck on the bottom, It got worse over time, even when we do scrambled eggs! By the end of the third year, we had to retire it. I am so disappointed it isn't cost effective. Similar result with a 20 dollar pan. ... show more

  • I imagine if there is ever a nuclear war, only the cockroaches and this pan will survive
Style Name: Fry Pan Size: 8-inch
I wanted to make sure that I used this pan several times before I wrote this review because there are several bad reviews for it. I was even hesitant to buy the pan because it is rather expensive for the size. I'm confused by some of the bad reviews for this. I work in the food industry, so I know quality cookware. I could tell this pan is exceptional quality when I opened the box. I've put this pan on the highest heat, threw in a cold burger, cooked it and then put the pan directly into a sink of water (note, don't do that, it's bad for pans). The pan didn't warp, the nonstick coating is still perfect. Then I again put it on high and threw in a piece of cheese. I left the cheese until it was smoking black. It scraped out instantly and I wiped the pan clean with paper towels. The only thing I haven't tried on this pan is using metal utensils. I've done about as many bad things to this pan as I can think of and the pan looks brand new. I can't imagine what some other people are doing to cause it to warp or ruin the nonstick coating. I need a whole set of these pans! ... show more

  • Best Kitchenware Purchase I Have Made.
Style Name: Fry Pan Size: 11-Inch
This is simple. My whole life I have been a $25/year for a pan type of guy. You get the cheap non-stick and it works well for a few months then declines for the rest of the year till you get fed up enough to buy a new one. After doing some research around what constitutes a good pan, I wasn't looking to needlessly spend a lot of money but wanted certain features. My wife and I looked around at different pans, conceded a few features we thought we wanted and opted for what has the best non-stick surface, is scratch resistant, and heats evenly, and we landed on this masterpiece of kitchenware. I can say for certain this is the best pan I have ever owned in my life. With cheap pans you still need to spray and grease despite being "non-stick". If you don't believe me, try cooking your morning eggs without anything in a $25 non-stick pan. You will basically lose the pan at that point because cooked egg is almost impossible to get off a pan once it's burned on. Not with this pan. Wash, dry, put on the stove, crack a couple of eggs, and in a few minutes you have eggs that are fully cooked and will not stick to the pan despite no cooking spray. The instructions even tell you not to use cooking spray when you get the pan. I thought it would take longer to come to the conclusion I have come to. I thought that even a cheap non-stick pan is great for a couple of months so I would have to cook in it daily before I thought it was better. But I was sure in the first week. The heat distribution is fantastic. There is no warping or anything, which can happen rather quickly on a cheap pan. If anything changes I'll update this review. But so far it was entirely worth the cost and I couldn't imagine going back to another cheap pan. I cook in it daily, eggs, different meats, vegetables, and it never has any issue with cooking evenly or things burning to the pan. I have overcooked some beef in it and the little bit of reduced juices that maybe char a bit and normally wrecks a pan wipe away effortlessly with a little swipe of my plastic spatula. ... show more

  • Not worth the money
Style Name: Fry Pan w/Lid Size: 12.5-Inch
I purchased the pan because I was in search for a good reliable non-stick pan. From the reviews I thought I had found it. Within 8 months everything was sticking to the pan just like all the cheaper pans that led me on this quest. I take great care of washing my pans but I do often cook pretty high heat. PROS: The pan is heavy and very durable. This pan is great for heat distribution and takes a while to cool down and heat up. Very even heating and easy to cook with. CONS: Within 8 months of everyday use it was no longer non-stick. I would even say by month 5 it was loosing its non-stick. by month 8, it was a nightmare to keep clean. I purchased this pan 3 years ago and kept using it because it costs so much money. I couldn't part because I was invested, even though I hated cleaning it by this point in time. Today I am happy to throw this pan in the garbage and put this quest of non-stick pans to rest. I could not recommend this product to anyone... and I really wish I could :) ... show more
