Hurricane Ian altered my local camping plans so I finally just set this up in my garage to try it out. It was simple to open up, and surprisingly easy to fold back up. In fact, I succeeded on my first try. I found a Wolfwise video and another video to be very helpful for folding this up and became familiar with them before I even took this tent out of the bag. Directions are also attached to the bag, although I didn't need to look this time. Still, it's nice to know they're there for in the future. I had previously purchased (not from Amazon) a pop-up privacy tent made by another company that was horrible: an open-mesh top with no rainfly, almost see-through, and nearly impossible to fold back up, so this WolfWise tent is a very pleasant surprise. I'm 5'7" and won't have any trouble changing in it, and there's enough room to comfortably fit a portable toilet and use it. Its silver coating helps to ensure privacy while someone is inside. It's nice to have the rainfly as an option, and it's easy to put on. The included floor is also good to have to keep feet clean and protected. The corners of the floor can be staked along with the corners of the tent. I can't comment on how showering would be if using a sun shower with the hose coming through the side window. It would probably be okay, but there isn't a hook to attach the hose to inside as I think there is with some other pop-up tents. So far I'm happy with this purchase, and I think it's a good value for the price. When I actually get a chance to try it out when camping, I'll try to remember to come back and update this review. ... show more

I purchased this popup shelter almost a year ago and have used it several times. It's been great for changing, showering, and privacy for a camp toilet. The floor is removable but I use it with even when showering because it cleans off and dries so quickly. The top is covered witha mesh and there is one solid pocket on a side. To make it perfect, it would be nice if it had hooks or a strap inside to hold a camp shower head. The inside loop that is designed to hold the rolled up door was large enough to hook the spray handle for the camp shower but it was only useful for keeping the nozzle within easy reach and not to be able to use to shower hands free. The rainfly is a but difficult to attach if you're a shorter person like me as it tends to slide off when being attached but it doesnt pose a real problem. Unfolding and refolding is simple and surprisingly easier than it looks. I find it easiest when unfolding to step inside and push out on the four walls from within. It comes with slender pegs that go into the ground easier than my tent pegs do. I have used it with the Reliance Luggable Loo camp toilet when camping in the national forest, and in campgrounds where the facilities were not maintained, and have been very happy with it. ... show more

This will both go camping and also to Dance Competitions as a changing room. I'm over 6', so standing straight up is a little tricky, but the rest of the family is fine. Really like that the floor is removable, and that it has a rain fly for top ventilation. Folding it back up takes a little concerntration, but a picture guide is sewn into the carry bag. Set up is quick and simple, so I guess for that conveince need a little bit of learning to get it back in the bag. We'll see how it comes home from the first Dance Comp that I don't go to. ... show more

I just got my pop-up from Wolf-Wise. It's great--excellent quality, and I'm very impressed. It comes with some directions with still shots on how to repack it, but don't use this set of instructions. Go back online to Amazon and watch the videos of how to store it. They really helped and it is quite easy. Looking forward to our camping trip and using the pop-up with our new RV's outdoor shower. :) ... show more

Without owning the original version, it appears the additional $15 get you a small piece of material for a roof and another piece of material for a floor. I would have liked to see the additional price go towards some hanging points. for a shower caddy and or something to affix the shower head to. The metal spikes are the typical 1/8" steel spikes that come with most tents. They bend the moment you hit a small rock. Invest in some nice tent pegs, you will need them; as nice as the light weight is for portability, it makes the shower very susceptible to being blown over. As far as the floor goes, I bought a rubber mat: for $24 at a local hardware store. QRRI Floor Mat, 3 ft L, 3 ft W, Square Model Number: IM120-33ILS-EC UPC: 836091001745 This made it much more comfortable to stand on the rocky ground and it fits perfectly inside the tent. It is virtually impossible to fold up the shower WITHOUT reading the instructions. I took it as a challenge but got scared I would bend something. I broke down and look at them. The instructions are easy to understand and gets you ready to pack up easily within 30 seconds. ... show more

The size is just right. Some reviewers complained about it being hard to fold up. Bollocks. I had no trouble folding it, the directions are right there on a label and if followed, you can successfully and pinlessly fold it up and put it into it's stow bag. I am cautious & gentle with the zippers because I can see they are not "heavy duty" and ideally I would have liked them to be a bit sturdier (because by their very nature, long nylon zippers are prone to snags and failures.) There is a little pocket on the inside to put your roll of TP or whatever. The zippered window portholes are nice too. You will definitely want to stake this down (stakes provided!) if you are using it for a porta-potty shelter - this thing is light weight and lots of wind-catching surface area by design and it will blow over and away if not secured. ... show more
