This is a well made product and the phone works great through the plastic. . I gave it 4 * Because I returned it because it is so big my legs hit it when I peddled. You are going to have to have your seat way back to not hit it with your legs.

I have this on my e-bike for commuting in inclement weather and my only complaint is it interferes with steering around sharp corners due to it's size. Otherwise, it is well made and holds lots of stuff keeping everything dry and secured. Recommend
