Nice quality and easy light weight operation. Good browning range. Love the beep when done feature. Very happy consumer! Expensive but you get what you pay for. No complaints, but some observations - smaller slices will not rise enough to protrude from top to grab when done. Need to use a set of wooden tongs to help out. As toaster gets hotter than those rinky brands you need to wait a little bit longer for it to cool down before you can put away. Performs as expected no issues out of box. A lot smaller than the family 4 slices version but lot more convenient to stow away in your kitchen cabinet. Recommend wolf brand. I also have the kettle which is equally awesome. It is a beautiful companion to my wolf stove. It looks nice but still has that ugly cord and operates like any old toaster. It’s not faster, better, smoother. It’s just a toaster. There is no lift feature to check the toast. It is not clear which slot is for single 1 slice toasting. The frozen button is just a button. The bagel button it is not clear how to put in bagel, which sides where. I am not going to dig out instruction booklet every time I toast a bagel or one slice of bread. I bought for the look hoping it would be special, and, well, it’s not but it looks pretty, albeit the ugly cord. ... show more

We love our toaster, I have all Wolf's small appliances, You can't go wrong, don't have to replace them like your cheap ones. Heavy duty, I did start out with the 4 burner, you need alot of room you don't mind spearing. The 2 burner is perfect for us. Thank you.. Petra ;)

    • Toaster burns my toast
I returned the first toaster because it burned one side every time. The replacement also burns one side. Did they send me the toaster I sent back? I am disappointed in the quality, but I kept it. Still disappointed when I burn my toast.
