I searched online and these popped up so I purchased and I fell in love! The design is just clever and easy to slap on a pad. It helped with the soreness in my perineum due to tearing. I loved this product it was a lifesaver after I had my baby. The cooling effect and the size helped me not have to be in pain anytime that i stood or sat down. The one you get from the hospital's work but they are so small you have to use a couple to get the job done. With this product you are able to just use 1 at at time. The liner is thick and cushiony, which is great for sitting. I bought for cooling effect of witch hazel. It’s durable and only needs to be changed when your pad is changed. One of the inactive ingredients is alcohol, which really burns for the first few minutes.

These are perfect for postpartum. Other witch hazel pads are very small and you have to layer them along your pad. These go the full length of the pad which is very nice.

These are SO much better than the regular small circular witch hazel pads! This review will get pretty real, so scroll by if you’re not prepared for that. You need at least 3 of the little pads. Those things can move around and get folded and tucked into crevices once you move around a bit. When you sit down to go to the bathroom sometimes you have to search around for them a bit, which can cause major problems in those first weeks post partum when bladder control isn’t always the greatest. Fishing those little guys out of the toilet because you couldn’t hold it any longer is no fun… These are huge! The size of your maxi pads at last, so you get full coverage anywhere you might need it with only one. Because of the large size, they don’t move around and hide. This seriously makes such a difference. The ONLY negative is that they do “dry out” faster than the little ones that they give you at the hospital / you buy at the drug store. But for me, the benefits FAR outweighed this negative. These are easily the BEST gift that I received for myself as a postpartum momma. Now I buy these for every mom to be that I know. ... show more
