This stuff is magic. I have dealt with eczema for most of my life. I've never found anything that stops the itching and heals as fast as this stuff. All the hand sanitizer and cleaners with covid had my hands extra dry and splitting. This stuff has healed it right up. Have my family using it as well with just as good results. 48 hr itch relief... I'd say after it's started healing thats true .. But it would always last throughout the night at least. Hands feel slimy when you wash them from the residue, but I would agree that it's not a greasy lotion. I only have used this on my hands. ... show more

    • The only cream I use for my hands!
I have lupus and I have always had problems with my keeping the skin on my hands hydrated. The O’Keeffe’s Eczema Relief Body Cream, which is the same as the hand cream, just a larger amount, is essential. Like most O’Keeffe’s products, the cream has a high percentage of humectants (I’d guess 50% water, 25% glycerin), so you know it’s going to hydrate the skin. Plus it’s got polysilicone 11, which forms a clean soft film on the skin to lock in the moisture provided by humectants. It also has allantoin and vitamin B5, which are known to promote skin cell turnover, while reducing dryness and skin of hyperpigmentation. ... show more

Product ordered was 8oz. Product received was 5oz. We love this product as it helps our skin tremendously. We spent $15.00and only received the 5oz. Now we have to send it back and wait for the corset size to show up.
