I really like how thick the cream feels. I use it heavily during the cold and dry winter months and use a lighter hand during the summer months. I've noticed my skin has really evened out and no longer breaks out like it used to. I've also seen a huge reduction in redness around my nostrils and chin. I used to use a combination of several hydrating and moisturizing products to try and keep my face from becoming dry and flaking but this moisturizer has completely replaced all of them. Now I just wash my face, apply this cream and throw sunscreen on top. My skin has never looked softer and hydrated. My sister in law got me to try this stuff and I started putting it on my face and it's helped my face with so much. Like any break outs on my face or if my face gets really dry I love this brand of skincare,and will be buying more from laroche-posay on Amazon and it's so affordable! I honestly was looking for a facial moisturizer and bought this by mistake. However! It is a dream on my dry facial skin. I love its consistency.     • Sensitive skin + eczema life saver
This is the first time i’ve used this kind of moisturizer, i’ve tried a few but they’re always too harsh on my skin. My eczema feels like an open wound and many other moisturizers just create a burning sensation when you put it on. This stuff doesn’t do that! I’m so happy that I finally found something that actually moisturizes and doesn’t hurt my sensitive skin. It’s a decently big bottle and the price might be higher than other options, but it definitely is worth it. I pair it with petroleum jelly to help lock in the lotion so i don’t have to reapply too often. you may look greasy but the relief is amazing. I get my eczema on my face mostly, super uncomfortable and not fun to look at. When I notice a flare up I’ll start applying both the moisturizer and the jelly.     • Moisturizing, but not a flare up fixer
I gave La Roche-Posay's eczema cream a shot for my eczema flare-ups, and here's the real deal: it's great for moisturizing but didn't quite hit the mark for my flare-ups. It kept my skin feeling soft and hydrated, sure, but when it came to the main event - tackling those pesky flare-ups on my face - it just didn't stand up to the task. I had to switch back to my trusty cortisone, which honestly did a way better job. I ended up using this cream more as a general body moisturizer. It's okay for that, but if you're looking for something to combat serious flare-ups, this might not be your hero product. And about the tube - it's kind of a pain to squeeze out the last bits of the cream. It's like you know there's more in there, but good luck getting it out! A little redesign could go a long way in making sure you can use up every last drop. Overall, it's a decent moisturizer, but for those tough eczema moments, you might want to keep looking. And a little tweak in the tube design wouldn't hurt, either! ... show more

I had a moderate amount excema around my nose that started itching and flaking. I tried a couple different products that weren't helping at all after several weeks. I searched out this amazing cream that cleared it up after 2-3 weeks. I used it consistently morning and night, paired with cerave moisturizing wash and I also backed off using regular moisturizer or any other skin creams and makeup.
