So if you use it exactly as directed then it works great. Which is why I give it 5 stars. Now if you are like me, I wanted to use the desk to put my keyboard and mouse on with a monitor on my desk. Figuring that the room for a laptop should be enough for a mouse and keyboard. (it is not) If you happen to have a standing desk and see the comment below where they removed the desk bar and put it underneath. Yes this will work, but there is a $40 cheaper version that gets you there. If you think (like I did) that you'll get the one with the desk and remove it so I always have the option of going backward. You can do it, it will work, but you won't really do it. Save yourself the $40. Assembly is easy, it works well. What it needs that you need to supply. You need a bike seat pad. 30 minutes in, and my rear isn't going to make it hours a day. I road bike, and spin, I need a better seat. Take the hint You should get a mat for underneath it. Sitting on carpet, even low pile the wheels are useless your on tile or wood floor. If you have an external mouse for your laptop, you'll need to find a way to add on to this desk. Some sort of click on side tray or topper to put on top of the desk so you have it. I haven't figured it out yet. If anyone does feel free to send me a note. The desk provided will work for your laptop and that's it, no drink or accessories. The only way you get that far is with a tiny surface or tablet. Don't regret the purchase at all, it's exactly as advertised. With accessories it will be great. I am soooooo happy I bought this! I have 2 broken feet, lots of torn ligaments and tendons, and a broken wrist. I am finally able to walk and move and was looking for an easy strengthening machine I would use. So far the UPS driver, Mailman, everyone on my FB page, and people I work with, all know about this machine! I admit I was worried the rubber bands would be too weak from reading other comments, but I think they are great! I am 55 and I’m pretty good health. I urge you to buy this. It does not make a sound at all when using. The flexibility of the movable pieces is great. I can’t think of a single thing I would change, except maybe the bars next to the seat. ... show more

This is a great concept and would work as is with a small laptop or tablet. I need multiple monitors for my job so I removed the desk and support bar and just pulled the bike up to a standing desk. It works perfect and the desk is actually a good support to hold onto while getting on and off the bike. I removed the handle bars under the seat because they were not useful to me and made it a little harder for the bike to get on. This bike is silent!! I am on conference calls all day long and nobody has ever heard it. It has very smooth motion and has a great range of resistance. I’m only on level 2 and am using it several hours a day. The arm attachment is a nice added bonus. Overall I a very pleased with this bike and would recommend it to others. It is a nice concept but mediocre implementation. Bike seat is too big. Front part makes pedaling difficult. Back rest is good. However, most vulnerable part is the front. The idea of the station is awesome. I really wanted to be able to use it - but I could not comfortably reach the pedals AND sit. I'm 5'5" and had it adjusted all the way down. pedaling felt clunky on the higher tension - but I don't know if that was because of my position?

I love this stationary bike, especially the desk! I would definitely recommend it. Mine was missing pedals when it arrived and another piece and when they shipped me pedals they fit, although they’re not the pedals that were supposed to come with the bike. It really is a strength exercise with the arms. I like the resistance level with adjustment angles. The cycle resistance at most is ok. If your trying to get a strong leg work out your best option is another machine. The cycles are smaller than your average cycle machine with the pedals just right at the lowest seating position. I am 5 feet 8 inches. The machine does work good with no imperfections. The table is plastic with instructions to have only 30 lbs at most. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to get fit while staying entertained or busy who is at least 5 ft 5 inches. ... show more
