Worked great. I like that setup is pretty much wireless and can be portable between different vehicles. I'm able to switch from my RV camper and my car hauler trailer since the camera is magnetic. They include a USB 12vv adapter too and can use used literally anywhere now. I.e. move the screen inside the RV camper at night and setup it like a security camera. Camera can be charged either through the solar panel or a USB port. USB port is obviously faster but solar does pretty well on a full 8hr tow and keeping the unit topped off. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Super easy to install. It comes with 12 volt power plug (cigarette lighter) and USB plug with switch on the wire. The camera can be charged with a USB C, so you've still got video at night and it charges with solar during the day. I put the camera (after charging it) on my mailbox and drove more than a block away and still had a crystal clear picture. The signal strength is amazing! You can't beat it for the price. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I are blown away by the quality of this RV magnetic rear view camera and monitor! It was so easy to install. The monitor can be attached using the included sticker adhesive or the suction attachment. The image quality is surprisingly clear and the screen is a good size to amply see what’s behind our fifth wheel. And the camera has such a strong magnet on it that it securely stays on whatever metal surface you place it on. We placed ours on our bumper, but you can also purchase a license plate mount if you’d rather attach it that way. I like how the camera has an adorable little solar panel so that we don’t need to worry about it being charged! However, it can be charged with a type C charger if needed. Our trailer is 37-foot living space and 42-foot total length. I was a little worried because the box said that the camera had a 40-foot range, but it has worked perfectly for us! We feel like this was such a great investment and it’s such a great price as well! ... show more

I have a couple of wired camera systems on larger trailers that needed something for a short single axle trailer and this system fits the bill. I'm able to keep the receiver tucked away in the truck until I need it and then I can just slap the camera on the back of the trailer and know that it's going to stay connected, both physically and the wireless connection to the screen. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for towing and general backup for my old pickup (currently down for repairs) The setup could not be easier. Open box, screw on the antennas and charge the camera. Once this is done, plug the screen into the 12v plug in vehicle or use the adapter for ac. The strong magnets will allow you securely connect to any steel (tailgate, trailer, back of rv etc.) Turn on the camera and the image should now show on your screen. Easy setup and awesome clarity on the screen. This solar camera means no wire connections needed, and a big reason for purchase. Since truck is down, I tested this by attaching to back of my office chair and was able to roll it around the complete first floor including a concrete wall, even with the lights out in other side of my office I could see on screen clearly. Easy automatic connection to the camera when you power on the screen. They provide a USB cable or a cigarette lighter to power the screen. I like the cigarette lighter because it has a pushbutton on the back that I can simply turn the camera system on and off. This system worked really well for my old pickup that does not have a backup camera. I was very impressed with the strength of the magnet.
