After a year of light use and transportation the power cord connection is already having issues. The microphones are great when I can get the power to work, but then I have to make sure the cord doesnt get moved at all. Buying a new power supply to hopefully fix this issue.

I got this system, because it boasted that it would work up to 350 feet away, and in that department it did not disappoint. However, after having the system for 4 months, one of the body packs stopped working and will not transmit to the base unit anymore. Tried to get a hold of customer support. The website does not have much in the way of support and the company is based overseas. I cannot even find a replacement body pack to buy if I wanted to. The body packs are hard coded to a frequency so you cannot change that either. Maybe what happened to me is a fluke, but I will not buy from this brand again. ... show more

This is an amazingly useful product. I no longer have to strain my voice during business meetings. I liked that there were videos on the listing page to help with set up. The bodypack is lightweight and I love the options to use either the headset or the lavalier. You do need AA batteries as stated in the listing, but it pairs up with the receiver very easily. Microphones are very clear and sensitive. Problem is with unit a full volume, there is very little volume control at the Amp. If you turn the unit down to gain more control at the Amp, you get a lot of white noise.
