    • Excellent Sound
I have these paired with a Bose S1 Pro Portable Bluetooth speaker. It works perfect and the sound is outstanding. Extremely easy to pair (seconds, just plug and play). The receiver is rechargeable and the battery life is decent but you can also just plug it in and not worry about it. Mic uses 2-AA batteries, after a month of use, the average is about 6 hours before you need to replace them. I would suggest getting a couple sets of rechargeable AA's so that you constantly have a set of fresh without worry. Overall, good quality and would definitely recommend. ... show more

I bought this to pair up with JBL PartyBox 110 for karaoke. The setup process was straightforward, and the mic sounded decent. They included the batteries in the box that you could use. The mics were a little bass-heavy, but it sounded fine after I applied a bit of EQ from the JBL PartyBox app under the Karaoke settings. The mic started making a popping noise every 10 seconds or so, even when the mic was not being spoken into or moved. I tried moving the receiver to the other available port, but the problem persisted. There was also a bit of static noise when the microphone picked up human voices. The noise seemed absent when non-human noise (such as tapping, snapping, or playing audio from a phone) was picked up. Overall, it is a decent microphone minus some QC issues. It would be a great microphone if your batch does not have the same issues as mine. I considered requesting a replacement but decided to return it and buy a different pair of microphones from another brand because I did not want to risk getting another dud. I fancy JBL for their speakers, but the microphones are disappointing. Pros: - Decent sound quality - Very easy to set up - Good build quality - Batteries included Cons: - Unable to use the receiver while charging - Very faint static or whining noise when speaking into the microphone - Quality control (YMMV) ... show more
