The first time I purchased this dog fence, it showed up with a completely dead battery in the transmitter. Since it was a fully dead lipo battery, it was damaged and therefore wouldn't fully charge completely. I tried to order a replacement through Amazon, but Amazon said they couldn't issue a replacement, only a refund after the item was received; then I could repurchase it if I wished. However, I fully planned on reordering the unit, but didn't want to have to wait refund. I emailed the company directly, and they offered to issue an immediate refund. So I reordered the unit, and the second on works fantastic! I have two yorkie dogs who are extremely energetic. With this dog fence, I can walk them without a leash at all. They just stay right by my side wherever I go....I can take them anywhere and they are extremely well behaved. I absolutely love this device! Good product and good company. ... show more

It took some time to figure ot out, then found that the collars weren't working. They would beep and vibrate, but wouldn't shock. Contacted CS, they immediately said they would send out 2 replacement collars. The base charged fully the first time, but once it needed to be re charged, it wouldn't charge. Think it was a short in the charging port. Contacted the seller again. They hadn't sent collars yet, so they just sent me a whole new set. On e we received it, we got it set up and programmed, and has been working fine. We just use it on one of our dogs, as she is an escape artist. It took a few times for her to know to run back to the house to get the shock to stop, as opposed to running further away or trying to hide. The base and collar will beep randomly, which puts my dog on full alert. We're to the point ready that we only turn it on when we leave, take it off when we're home, but at night (her favorite time to escape) just putting the collar on without turning it on, works just fine for keeping her from leaving the yard. Great, prompt, customer service, they stand behind their product and make sure you have a working unit. Product works great once you get it figured out. Would recommend for anyone else not wanting to hassle with installing ground wire. ... show more

The manual mode is great. The boundary mode not so great. Even when my dog was in boundary the collar would beep or beep and vibrate. For the value aspect it’s okay. Not great. It’s sleek and small stays out of the way. Absolutely do not allow to get wet my dog got it barely wet even with the charge plug covered by the piece it came with and now it’s malfunctioning. ... show more

I like the convenience of it and only one collar worked well. Late it stopped working all together. The fence did not go out as far as it was supposed to. Then, the other collar got to where it would not charge. Size was great for our hound mix and the durability of it is great. Value for the money was not what we expected. When the collar stopped charging as well it began to shock my dog with no remote button being pushed. That is not safe and it can cause major anxiety for the pet. ... show more
