The radio volume at 2 is still loud there is no low volume. The camera doesn’t work at all. The screen display color is very dim. I’ve messed with all the settings to try to make it as bright as possible. The first radio I ordered didn’t work. Returned it for a new 1 and this was the results the second time. 1.This product is NOT a direct fit for 1999 Ford Windstar dash radio. The 4" height is too large. I had to grind and cut the dash frame before it would fit. 2.The product does NOT have GPS navigation. in the product description it claims GPS navigation which is incorrect. 3.The rear camera wiring (red wire) to the reverse lamp required a negative trigger relay. In my vehicle the two wires of the reverse lamp were at constant 12V and when set in reverse gear, one wire would go to GROUND turning on the reverse lights. ... show more

I put in all my trucks info and was matched with this double din stereo. Unfortunately it does not just slide right in I had to disassemble the entire dash to remove the housing and cut for it to fit. It was bigger than what it says it is. Just do measurements score blindly ordering. And the volume is super low with Bluetooth. ... show more

Overall it works well and with the proper harness it’s super easy to wire. The screen quality is decent and the auto wireless car play works well… on the other hand…. It’s larger than advertised and you’ll need to be handy with a dremal or have a small saw. Other than that it’s a good unit for the price. If you are savy with tools than it’s great but if not opt for a smaller unit than what you measure and just buy a dash kit. ... show more

    • Not compatible with 1999 - 2002 (3rd Gen) Toyota 4Runners
Stereos in older 4Runner's have just one wire going out to each speaker -- and presumably the speakers are grounded to the frame/door metal as a sort of common ground. This stereo, however, does NOT use a common ground for the speakers -- and instructions say it must be installed with two wires going to each speaker.
