    • More helpful than I could have imagined.
Just what I need to go for neighborhood walks, touring public gardens and parks, and getting around my own garden with tools in tow. I selected this unit for its height (others were too short), light weight, trunk fit for travel (top easily disconnects from bottom portion with two push buttons, and seat pulls up to flatten the frame) and for the hand rests which assist rising from the seat (beware: others don’t have these). The brakes lock securely when I stop for a rest, and release easily when I’m ready to walk further. The large front wheels handle rough terrain, and the rear foot pads next to the wheels make it easy to navigate up curbs. I also like having my cane and umbrella handy in the provided cup and straps. The bag is big enough to carry my purse, ipad, sketch pad, drinks, shoes and other incidentals securely out of sight. The overall quality of the materials and finishes is remarkable, especially considering the reasonable price. For me, the backrest strap could be a little longer for comfort, and adjustable for custom fit. I have two suggestions re packing and assembly: instruction photographs could be more clear, and small parts should be bagged together in a small bag rather than packaged with larger pieces in giant bags (I had to search for washers and bolts that fell out when I was unwrapping the large parts). Once I collected all the small parts, I stored them and the instructions in the included zippered bag until I could assemble the rollator. I keep mine in the garage when not in use, so I bought an outdoor cover for stacking chairs (on Amazon, $22.14) to cover it and keep it clean. ... show more

Don’t resist more than 150 pounds in the seat. Is not strong enough to heavy weight people. The screws loosen when I sit down; I weigh 283 pounds. But it’s so good to walk with it.

Not good for sitting, one leg of the rolling chair wants to cave in under the chair and tends to cause you to fall over sideways,, If I had found this out during the the return period, it would have been returned it.

Well it’s alittle heavy for me I’m only 5’6” tall and a small frame. But I does move and it will be traveling with me in December for a short stay in Tx. It folds up really easy and it only weighs 18.7 pounds. And the quality is #10! It was easy to assemble. And when I needed taller it was so easy to push the button and up the handles went! Excellent quality but height adj limited to 5". I was surprised by some assembly being required, contacted factory for help adjusting Brakes as included brochure was in such small print it was not readable, even with a magnifying glass. After several on line attempts with manufacture (WinLove) I finally received the instructions I needed to finish the job.
