I needed a new walker and searched Amazon and read lots of reviews. I decided upon this one and it is perfect for me! I am 5 feet four and about 200 pounds. I was concerned that maybe the seat would not be adequate but it’s great. The wheels turn so easily as compared to my last walker. The bag that’s included zippers shut and holds quite a bit. Easy to assemble but a bit heavy for a handicapped person to lift. Very attractive, nice & wide seat, comfortable, with a nice big bag for storing items. Rolls easy.

Nice sturdy quality product. It’s a bit wider than the average walker. The adjustment’s on the handle risers are very nice. The braking system allows for locking the wheels. Great for a big and tall person. Bought this for my Mother but I’m 6’7” andvI put the riser up to max. and I think I could use it comfortably. Easy fold up for travel. Got the rollator in July and waited to review it. The seat is uncomfortable, not deep enough front to back, The back rest is attached at a slight angle so it pushes you forward a bit. Seat back has velcro fastening but is not adjustable as it is attached to the frame by screws, so I don't know why it has velcro fastenings. The storage bag comes off every time the rollator is folded, even when the bag is empty, and starts to come off at other times. You need to watch and adjust it. Lately, when it is folded the handle which is fabric gets twisted and is a bit hard to straighten out. You need a running start to go over door threshholds easily, this is difficult when you need to open the door and hold it open while entering. I do all my walking in the hallways, moves smoothly. Easier to load in the back seat because it is lighter and folds from the sides, not front to back. So you can still use the wheels to roll up to the car. Flexible seat back is great. Slightly longer wheelbase than the old one so I must get used to that, but it provides more stability. Handles are softer, comfortable. Shopping bag easily comes off. I've gotten comments about the pretty color and design. The push buttons are a little hard to push in with my aging muscles but the option to raise the handles higher than most is great. I am an X-mechanic so assembly was fairly easy. But others should have no problem with the assembly; take it one part at a time. I also really like the new light gold color, as it is bright and fresh. It is a stout Rollator when assembled, but turns on a dime with a light touch. It is heavy, but it folds in on itself for the bus or taxi. They also, this is my third Rollator, redesigned the folding mechanical device for a much better and easier folding and set up. The media could not be loaded. I purchased the walker in July but was just able to begin using it in September because I was in a wheel chair. I love the walker but I am having trouble folding the walker up because the seat locks and will not unlock by pulling the strap. The left lock gets stuck and the right side doesn’t lock at all. I have to reach under and unlatch it. Since I am not stable on my feet this is dangerous. How can I fix this problem? ... show more
