  • Works great
I cut this board down to make a dual sink cover and cutting board in our camper it worked great by adding extra counter space as well.

  • Rolling Dough
Major problem fixed by applying mechanical fasteners [screwed the slab of hdpe to the counter with stainless steel bugle shaped screws] Dough does not stick to this hdpe plastic like it does to wood. Donald Trump won the election.

  • Almost what I was looking for
I have always used a series of small flexible cutting boards when I cook. One for the meats then another for the veggies, that kind of thing. With this board, I was looking for something that could support those larger jobs like cutting a watermelon which need more space. I measured my sink and fortunately it was the correct size. When it arrived, I was very excited because it is very sturdy. Put a moistened towel under it so it doesn't move around and you have acres of space for your prep needs. My only gripe is that it's non-healing. If you gouge it with a knife you'll have that mar on the surface until I guess you use some kind of heat gun to melt it back into shape. If I had it to do again, I think I would look for more of an impermeable surface. Those scratches are where the germs like to live. But overall it's a nice piece of equipment for the kitchen. ... show more

  • I can not reccomend.
The only reason I kept it is because I am not using it for food. It came with a deep cut down the middle and was badly bowed. At first I thought it was cracked but it was cut. I heated it with a heat gun to flatten it the best I could so it will be usable. The cut down the middle is deep all the way across it with a smaller cut next to it. I am going to use this for cutting leather but if it was for food this is unexceptable. Who knows what happened to it before it was sent to me. I recommend staying away from this one unless you have a heat gun and don't care that someone else might have used it and sent it back. ... show more

  • Multi-use cutting board
I love this cutting board. I wanted to get a large surface area that I can cut veggies on, make 24 hr pizza dough on and use as a surface area to prep when I’m using my insta pot. I did all of that with this and more. I was at first surprised by the size, I guess you can not really imagine it until you see it. But after realizing that I can place on one of my counter tops and that I can use it for all my prep, make sandwiches, I even put my insta pot on it while I was cutting veggies next to the pot. It makes me feel like I’m a chef and nothing is in my way. And that makes cleaning afterwards a lot easier. I have a small sink but it had not been hard to scrub then rinse but turning it around. It’s sturdy. Easy to clean. And unlike a wooden cutting board, you don’t have to worry about the collection of bacteria as much. The surface, for me at least, has been really durable and hard to scratch and I always use my chef knife. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something to do all your prep on. ... show more

  • Recommend for everyone.
I really-really love it. I bought a big size and OMG, it is HUGE. It takes all my counter-top. But man I love it, I can prep veggies without trying to catch them rolling and flying away from a cutting board. When I was prepping a meal, even my husband joined me from another side of the board and was cutting his veggies. No one was on anyone's way, it was very convenient to do it together, which never happened when we used regular boards. It is pretty think; easy to clean (a little bit heavy for me on a weight); hard to store (because of a size, you need to find a place somewhere for that in the kitchen) I also bought a small one, but at the groceries store directly. I recommend it for everyone. ... show more

  • It's big enough for rolling out dough -- quite a lot of it -- OR it's a cutting board.
You need to decide whether you want to use it for cutting or for working dough. Because knives leave ridges that mess up the dough. I have wooden boards for cutting and I used this for dough. I leave it on the counter all the time unless I need to clean it. It's a bit too big to store anywhere in my kitchen. It's also a safe place to put hot pots and big enough to leave warm cakes to cool on a rack. Actually, I really love it. Please measure your area before you buy it!!! It's BIG. ... show more
