Perfect fit on my roof country 9500 pro series winch. Item is as described. Not sure how waterproof it will be but it sure will keep it clean. Elastic seems to be very effective. I wish it had a piece of webbing to clip onto something just in case it would want to blow off, going down the highway.

I have a 12,000lb winch on a flatbed trailer. This cover fit right over it. The elastic around the bottom of the cover looks like it will hold it in place during transport.

Worked great for the first year, but over the last couple weeks the elastics are starting to wear out and it no longer stays in place on the highway (55+mph). Was a great deal for the price and will likely purchase a replacement before winter to keep hardware protected from salt etc.
