I've had the unit for about 4 months now and I have no regrets! It's easy to store if you live in an apartment, it gets your clothes clean, the dryer part works amazing, it gets my clothes at least 85% dry and air dry the rest. The only thing I worry about is if my neighbor can hear the vibrations below. I put a Matt underneath the unit when in use to hopefully help with that. I say it's worth it!! I talked my wife into getting this and it doesn’t even work. What sucks even more is the instructions isn’t for the model we have so in essence we’d have to wing it to figure out how to work it. The spin doesn’t even work. I had to pretty much wash my daughters clothes by hand since I already put them in the machine with water. The size isn’t bad it’s just unfortunate I couldn’t get it to work! ... show more

The pump is not strong enough to pump the water up to the drain. I purchased a 5 gallon bucket to assist. The machine washes perfect as well as the spiñer works fantastic. I love having the unit and I have adjusted my self to really enjoy the time and money it saves me.

This machine works well for small items. The spinner is a little noisy but tolerable. I've purchased Costway washers and noticed this machine washes clothes much better. I love the fact that it has a drainage pump so no need to elevate it as if it had a gravity pump. There isn't a filter to clean but, according to the vendor, there's a small filter under the washer drum. All-in-all, it's a good buy. I'm hoping it lasts a long time. Time will tell. ... show more
