We have been using these solar lights for about 2 months now and have zero complaints! We actually bought another set to complete our yard. These solar lights are perfect if you are looking for something that has an minimalistic appearance, yet still serves its purpose. They are extremely durable and have been through many thunderstorms! They are truly waterproof and have even taken a beating from hail without issue. We went for the cool lighting because they shine brighter and just give off better light in our opinion. Had a couple sets of these for a year now. They are in some light woods on a trail where we store materials for work. My man was having trouble backing up truck and trailer to load for the next day during the winter months when night comes early. I cut strips of sheet metal and epoxied the lights to them along with a reflector and screwed them into trees along the path. They worked perfectly for that and still do after a year. I also have some mounted as markers on a pole building we back trailers into after dark. They are still shining brightly when I get up at 5:30 AM. Ordering another set now for back up when the batteries eventually fail. If you use them as I described make sure to scratch up the plastic on the back so the epoxy can bite into the scratches. ... show more

I'd be happy to write a review for the 12-Pack Solar Ground Lights! Overall, I have been quite pleased with these lights. They are easy to install and provide a lovely warm glow that adds a touch of ambiance to my garden at night. The fact that they are solar-powered is a big plus, as I don't have to worry about running any electrical wires or changing batteries. The lights themselves are fairly small, but they are surprisingly bright and provide a good amount of light. They are also sturdy and seem to be holding up well so far, even in the rain and wind. One thing to note is that they do take a little while to charge fully, so if you want them to be at their brightest all night, make sure to give them plenty of time in the sun during the day. That said, even on cloudy days they seem to hold a charge pretty well and still provide a decent amount of light. Overall, I would definitely recommend these lights to anyone looking to add a little extra ambiance to their outdoor space. I bought these with a little hesitation. I wanted to line my front walkway but wanted to keep the knife edge trench by my sidewalk so I needed to be able to mow and edge right there. I am pleased to report that they perform as advertised Mower goes right over them. These lights have been installed for about a month so I can’t comment on longevity yet, but they are very bright and are still shining when I get up in the morning. So far so good. I am a happy customer Update to longevity. These lights are burning out slowly one by one. Of course I wanted to replace the batteries in them as I do in other solar lights and find that it is quite the challenge to do so. It is not meant to be opened up and you will necessarily break the tiny black wire once you pry it open. So in short, I like the lights but if you want to keep them, you need to be very good at working on tiny inconvenient things or just buy new ones. Sigh ... show more

These lights work great, but I think the design is flawed. The pucks themselves are inexpensive and almost perfect, but the little platform that comes with them is extremely flimsy and very difficult to attach. We ended up just putting them on the ground, which doesn't really work when walking next to them because the light shines up directly into your eyes. And setting them directly on the ground doesn't really light a walkway very well, but it does create a border. I think they should have a platform and the light should be underneath to shine down onto the ground rather than up. The best use of these, in my opinion, is to place them next to a wall or plant as up-lighting. They are bright and look nice. ... show more

Theu are kind of hard to see in the photo because the grass is getting long, plus the flagpole has a light thats illuminating the area and there is a street light doing the same right in front of them about 10 ft away. However the street light is not always on and when its off and its a pitch black night, the lights not only look grest but they also provide the necessary lighting to see while walking. The only issues ive had is that out of the 8 i have installed 2 of the brackets broke but that was more my fault than anything because i was applying uneven pressure when pushing them into the ground. The other issue which is not my fauly is that after about a week i noticed one of the lights was out. I went and made sure the swith was on and tapped it and got nothing. Then the next day it worked again but 2 days after that i noticed 2 not working. Then they started to work again and now 1 isnt working. So i guess what im saying js that they have not been very reliable ... show more
