The media could not be loaded. This was a great addition to the front door. Lost and left house keys were a constant issue in the house....primarily because of my teenage daughters....so we would inevitably get that call that they can't get into the house. That led to either scaling the fence, sitting on the stoop, or driving home to let them in. Well, those days are now gone! This was a very easy install. It fit right into the existing lock channel and was ready to go in less than a half an hour. It gives you many options to get into the house: key, fingerprint, and code. The app is easy to use and I was able to get the whole family input in minutes. It is a good thing they give you many options, though, because my fingerprint never takes. I have set it several times, but it just doesn't work for me. My kids seem to have no problem. The lock also lets you temporarily set codes that can be short or long term, or even single use, which is great if the neighbor needs to let your dog in, or you need packages off the porch. It has come in handy a few times already. They only issue is that when it is off, there is really no indication that it is the lock, other than positioning. We gave a friend the code and seeing this just assumed we were talking about the garage and the code didn't work. Ha! Make sure you tell your friends and family it is the techy metallic block on the door. Press your finger on it and numbers appear as if by magic! *It also has an autolock feature, which is a blessing and a curse. If you are going in and out, prepare to unlock over and again. If the door is open and locks, prepare for a chip in the other side of the door when the lock slams into it. ... show more

The TEEHO Keyless Entry Smart Door Lock is a really great smart door lock. It has many different functions that make entry convenient for many different types of situations. The door lock itself is very sleek looking and the design is quite nice. The lock can be accessed with a key through a covered keyhole, with a fingerprint reader, with a preset passcode, or with the app. The lock comes with built in WiFi capabilities, so you can access or unlock remotely. Installation was pretty straightforward, but you will need to follow the instructions step by step so you don’t make any small mistakes. If you miss anything, you will need to go back and uninstall to where you missed a step or made a mistake. App setup may be a challenge for someone new to apps or smart locks, but wasn’t too hard to set up and get connected. Overall, this is a great smart door lock with great functions. ... show more

It is a solid piece, but it won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi, they need to resolve this problem, then they will have me as a customer. For now, I will return until this problem is corrected.

Worked remotely about a week, received notifications. Now constantly giving me “lock off line” message and won’t reconnect. Update helped to reconnect, I just hate spending hours out of my day trying to get something to work.

    • WiFi without a dongle
Beware - most WiFi door locks do not have built-in WiFi; they use a separate Bluetooth to WiFi bridge that has its owns setup and connection issues. This is one of the few door locks that has WiFi built in. That was the decision maker for me.

I’ve tested a few smart locks from this company and as of now I’ve never had a bad one. This lock is easy to install and set up. It’s so nice to have the security of not just a strong lock but knowing you’re not going to be locked out of your home. I highly recommend this lock to anyone.

    • Such a great door lock
Leave the old days of carrying separate keys for separate locks. With this cool new digital deadbolt, all you need to remember is a four digit code and your in. Delivery was quick, arrived the next day after ordering and installation was a breeze, took less than 10 minutes. Recommended to everyone.

    • Wifi Fingerprint Door Lock
I ordered this so my 11 year old step-son can get himself in the house when he gets home from school, if we aren't home yet. Well, the installation was literal hell. Even though we followed the instructions and even used the templates - the face of the whole entire mechanism is crooked. Oh well, se la vie. I also don't really love the touch screen feature, it takes a little bit for it to "wake up", but once it does it works fine. I guess I'm worried about cold weather and negative degrees, if that is going to mess anything up and potentially not open the lock and my poor step son can't get in the house during a snow storm or something. Also, I cannot unlock the lock from the app installed on my phone. It doesn't have clear instructions on how to use the app either, but that's a story for another day, too. We only use this at night, when we are in for the night, so there is a deadbolt on the door. We don't utilize it how it's supposed to be used. In fact, I am currently looking for one with actual buttons on it, instead of the touch screen buttons. I personally would not purchase this again. ... show more
