We got the vanity in and it was damaged. I tried to start the return process and it was trying to make us send back a damaged vanity on our own dime which was well over $100. I was upset. Everything was as described. The vanity came well packaged with foam pieces between all the boards. Nothing came damaged. The assembly took us five hours working non stop with two people. This isn't a knock on the seller, it just has a lot of parts. Be prepared to devote an afternoon to it. The wood is particle, but surprisingly strong. The mirror and light is especially nice, with the extra plug ins being very useful. Definitely worth the money and serves it's purpose functionally. ... show more

    • Mirror plate not remotely set correctly

The product was great until we got to the mirror plate that was not set up correctly. Mirror was mounted at an angle and not correctly, none of the lights can now be used at all, mirror plate cannot even be mounted to the desk. Insurance requires full replacement when all i need is the mirror plate.

The media could not be loaded. I was able to put this makeup vanity up all by myself! It was very easy sing the materials is great quality! It has more storage capacity than I expected! This vanity is so well laid out. Mirror with 3 natural light settings, 2 RGB Color changing light bars along the side of mirrors (comes with remote or can download app to use RGB lights). 2 electric outlets plus 2 USB outlets built in (I used one of the USB outlets for the RGB lights). Tons of storage. Con: The negative thing about this is the difficulty to build. It has so many pieces / parts / screws / etc. but can be built with simply a screwdriver if you follow step by step instructions precisely. It took me several hours to build (and I am quite handy, for example: I completely finished my entire basement by myself from framing, electrical, lighting, drywall, doors, design, trim, etc.). In the end, well worth the build effort and I definitely recommend this! ... show more

Was fairly easy to put together. Same concept as IKEA furniture. Wish it had white plastic caps to cover the visible cam lock hardware. My biggest complaint is the digital clock in the mirror only functions in military time. Otherwise my daughter loves it.
