This is the second AC I received. Looks like a good unit. The first was damaged and broken so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement is also damaged, I will take it apart soon to see if anything is broken inside. I suspect that damages come from shipment because it is heavy for one person. This unit was on its side with a broken strap when it was delivered. I found more damage, looks like box was dropped multiple times. I will have to return this one also. ... show more

Haven't plugged it in yet, but this is the condition that it arrived in. Like someone rolled it down a hill. Edit 1 star!! Act like you care a little people. It does not turn on.
