  • A NECESSARY TOOL, GREAT QUALITY!
Style Name: Torque Wrench
This tool is a must for those wishing to properly install a scope base and rings to a rifle, in addition to any task requiring inch-pound torque pressure to install a screw. First, the quality of this item is very good. It's well-made and simple to use. The instructions are clear, concise, and very easy to comprehend. I have a Brownells master gunsmith screwdriver set and this tool works with all the bits, making it incredibly versatile. The plastic case and ten accompanying bits are an added plus. Even though I have a good friend who is always more than happy to let me borrow his (and I have many times), I figured it's past time for me to buy my own. This is a very affordable, practical, and quality tool that you'll be pleased to own and use. ... show more

  • 2026 NEC will require Torque-To-Spec. This ¼" hex-drive TTS driver seems good.
Style Name: Torque Wrench
I'm an electrician, not a firearms owner, and I needed a reliable, accurate torque screwdriver for terminations. Wheeler Engineering was highly recommended for a good TTS driver without breaking the bank. I just ordered a 2nd one because the first one I ordered got left in another shop that I won't have access to all week, so I figured I might as well get a 2nd dedicated driver that will never leave my toolbox except when in use. The drivers seem well-built, and according to the handwritten torque verification inside, this 2nd one is accurate to an average of +/- 0.01 in-lbs from indicated. Impressive! The ¼" standard hex drive is a really nice, buy easily overlooked feature. I say this because a friend of mine bought the $350 Wiha insulated TTS driver set, and its reciever is SMALLER than ¼", making it useless if you happen to drop the bits in a tight spot...or need to use a bit that they didn't include in the set...you also need a long hex wrench to change the torque setting!! BUT NOT THE WHEELER!👍 I'll update this review, once I use it for a few load center panels, and we'll see how it holds up. Edit from 4 to 5 stars. Love the tool, works great and no guessing if you've hit the selected torque. ... show more

  • Accurate and easy to use
Style Name: Torque Wrench
Bought this to install rifle scope bases and rings, and have been very happy with the accuracy and ease of use. Now I can get consistent torques on the fasteners and be sure they are secure and not over torqued. GREAT product!

  • A good tool to have for mounting scopes and other optics
Style Name: Torque Wrench
Great tool to have. It’s maybe a little pricey. There are cheaper name brands but I went with this one. Glad I got it. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that it’s not a precision tool. You kind of have to use your best guesstimation if it is dialed to the setting you want. But not hard to use.

  • This tool is a winner
Style Name: Torque Wrench
Guys you need this if your installing rails scopes etc. It has some bits in the case. However, it fits any bit you have at your house. So it's universal if the but size isn't in the case. Easy to use and will last forever if you take care of it. Has saved me stripping or breaking screws from over tightening. Great tool. You won't regret buying it peeps ... show more

  • Great Quality
Style Name: Torque Wrench
Right out of the box you can tell, especially by the feel, that it is great quality. I like that it has some weight/her to it. Also, it's made in the USA! Yes, it cost a tad more than some of the others BUT if you are going to be using it to install Pricey Parts on Pricey Things you really do want your tool to be of good quality and it's settings accurate. Inside the case that came with mine it has the hand signature of the worker writing the results he got at 3 different settings. This shows that these are tested by a human hand and that it is within the tolerance stated. It is well worth the little extra $ to know that whatever you will be using it on will be at an accurate state. ... show more

  • An important tool in any Rifleman’s Kit.
Style Name: Torque Wrench
The very same day I received these tools, I walked straight into the bedroom and went to work. I began leveling my work rifle’s scope, then putting the proper torque on the scope ring screws. I then took that same armalite rifle and began to shoot: 3 shot, 1-inch groups at 100 meters with cheap ammunition. Never been able to do that. This wrench HELPS. Outstanding, no telling what this rifle will do with expensive ammunition now. ... show more
