  • These are Great Tires! Impressed!
After researching tires for weeks, I decided to purchase these tires, (225 65 17 102 T) for my wife's Nissan Rogue. So far we are impressed with the quality, so was the installer at the tire shop. We currently have a fresh 7 inches of snow on the road and they have great traction and a very good ride. I highly recommend these tires. We will be putting close to 1,200 miles on these over New Years weekend with a good portion of that in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. To get to the Upper Peninsula we will be traveling on I-75 North with long stretches that now have a speed limit of 80 MPH. I plan to update this review if there are any problems with the tires, I may even update if I am even more impressed. January 7, 2018, Update: Wow, my trip to Michigan's Upper Peninsula entailed driving through blizzard like conditions, high winds and deep snow. I probably passed 25 cars and trucks in the ditch on my way to the UP, and the weather became worse as the days went on! I can say without a doubt that these are great winter tires. They are either the best or second best all around tires I have ever owned! The only other tires that came close to these were the stock tires that came on my 1987 Toyota Pick-up truck, I really can not remember the brand...Toyo maybe? So the only question now is how will they wear??? ... show more

  • 5 Stars, I'm Very Happy,
I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin and the weather changes all the time. Summers are hot and wet and the winters are cold, snowy and wet. We may have the worst roads in all the country. . . So, I care about tires, a lot! I bought my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan new last year (10/2018) and it come stock with Yokohama tire. The Yokohama S33, my advice... these tires are unsafe under any condition. I gave these tires 7000 miles to prove me wrong and they failed, big time! So I began researching tires for replacements. I wanted to confirm the price vs quality argument and found great tires at a great price! The Westlake SU318 tires perform fantastic in all the weather and road challenges Milwaukee can muster! ... show more

  • A bit more expansion (psi) when driving during hot months than more expensive tires
For the money, worth every penny. I have about 3500 miles so far. One thing I did notice is that these tires do heat up a bit more than the more expensive tires. So if your car calls for 33psi, only fill them up to 30-31 psi. They expend from driving 5-6 psi. As I had general tires prior to these, and they only expanded 3-4 psi during the hot months of driving. This may explain why the one guy had a blow out. Anything over 5 psi of what your car calls for is dangerous. Just one guys opinion. Other than that I am satisfied with this product. ... show more

  • $300 for a set of tires is incredible
Put a set of these tires on my 2016 Nissan Rogue. These tires look awesome. They have tons of tread. They are super quiet on the highway too. I actually feel bad that I haven't bought them before. $300 for a set of tires is incredible. I am very impressed with these tires. Not sure what the wear will be, but for the cost, it's worth the chance. I'll post an update after the snow starts to accumulate on the roads this winter. ... show more

  • great tires
I ordered for my daughters' Chevy Equinox, 2014. Had to call local Goodyear to mount and balance, an extra hundred on that, but they are running well and my daughter absolutely loves them. My two grandsons are riding on these so quality was important to me as was a cheaper price for tires than my local tire companies were offering. Very happy with amazon delivery, right to my door! Make sure to register tires on the website, keeping the papers that went with the tires for that information. Ordering tires online, who would of thought! Would do it again. Thank you Amazon!! ... show more
