I spent months searching for a dark metallic clock as an accent piece to my kitchen. I was working with a tight budget. I finally purchased one from a craft chain store but was ultimately disappointed as it stopped keeping correct time within a week. After searching relentlessly on Amazon I finally found this. The price is less than the original wall clock I had purchased locally. I hung it in my kitchen and it is subtle but pretty accent. This item is beautiful but arrived with the glass broken in multiple pieces! It was in a big box with absolutely no padding! I returned it and ordered another one and it arrived in the same packing manner and broken again. How can I reach someone to tell them to improve their packing method?
