This item doesn’t replace an oven, but it’s great to have as a fast and short meal prep. Food is good and tender when cooked correctly, leaving it very juicy. Cooked too long and it will be a tough mess. Reading instructions will help a lot, but it’s a hit and miss until you learn the right settings for your taste. Bought this to expand my air fryer size, from 3.5 qt to 7. I like the Teflon insert on the bottom vs steel mesh, much easier to clean. Controls are easy. I would like a teflon stack tray though to have at least a double layer of items when cooking. Im not sure why thats not an option but I'll figure something else out. Just would've been nice to have. But the 7 qt doesn't take up any more space than my 3.5 qt NuWave Brio does. ... show more

stopped working after about 3.5 months, wouldn't even turn on or recognize being plugged in. the manufacturer wants you to pay $20 shipping to use the warranty, but i say dont buy a crappy air fryer in the first place. it doesn't make food as crispy as a nice air fryer does
