This item doesn’t replace an oven, but it’s great to have as a fast and short meal prep. Food is good and tender when cooked correctly, leaving it very juicy. Cooked too long and it will be a tough mess. Reading instructions will help a lot, but it’s a hit and miss until you learn the right settings for your taste. Initially I enjoyed this air fryer. It began to stay on when I removed the basket during the cooking process to rearrange the food. I was preheating the fryer and it simply quit. Troubleshooting provided zero assistance. I've had this airfryer approximately 3 months. I'm waiting to hear from West Bend customer support to see if they're going to replace this unit.     • Good value with a few caveats.
Bought this to expand my air fryer size, from 3.5 qt to 7. I like the Teflon insert on the bottom vs steel mesh, much easier to clean. Controls are easy. I would like a teflon stack tray though to have at least a double layer of items when cooking. Im not sure why thats not an option but I'll figure something else out. Just would've been nice to have. But the 7 qt doesn't take up any more space than my 3.5 qt NuWave Brio does. ... show more

We love this fryer. It has served us well, for all frozen wings and fries, although fries in the oven cook better and are crispier. The only discrepancy that I have is the window retains moisture after washing.

The "Diamond" non-stick is bubbling and peeling off in less than a couple of months of use. Can't express my disappointment with this air fryer. West Bend was a quality product brand, no longer.
