  • Perfect planer stand.
Style: 2021 Model Pattern Name: Stand
Nice quality for the price. Built heavy. Easily rolls around with 70lb planer on board. Easy to assemble.

  • The holes line up perfectly.
Style: 2021 Model Pattern Name: Stand
Was hesitant to order this table due to the negative reviews concerning the bolt holes not lining up. After noticing that all of those reviews were 2023 or older, I took the leap of faith. I just couldn’t bring myself to order the Dewalt table with an MDF top. It was a breeze to assemble. EVERYTHING lined up as they should. The table is stout and exactly what I had hoped for. One note of caution. There are EXACTLY the number of fastener parts needed (ie. 38 small washers etc.). If you are shorted or lose one, be ready to find a replacement. I don’t understand why the manufacturer would risk customers calling for extra parts, rather than simply including a few cents extras. ... show more

  • Overall decent but I have a couple of notes that lower the stars.
Style: 2021 Model Pattern Name: Stand
The good: Love the holes for bolting equipment down Fairly easy to build. Instructions have intelligent order of operation for assembly and should be followed. (Pictures mean I didn’t read) Study enough enough for 90lb dewalt planer. The rollers work but have a single knob so they won’t be perfectly level (risk of snipe on planer). The bad No extra hardware so I always ding a minimum half star, but also no hardware shortage and they did include hardware for attaching tools so, kudos! The wheels are meant for flat smooth surfaces. My garage is 124 years only and the cement is not flat and the previous home owner had carpet and puzzle soft flooring. With about 140lbs or so of weight, the cart is worthless if I want to wheel it. I built a caster base. Which fixed problem two: The cart is a bit short for my planer and me. I’m 6’3” and like things taller to start but I think it might be short for most. The shelf is too low for me. With the spacing and the fact I’m mobile, I’ll probably never use, but it adds strength to the structure. No locktight on nuts so they may become loose over time. Plan accordingly. Overall I think it was good value and while it’s definitely not perfect, I think it is great value. ... show more

  • Really nice tool stand (4.5 but worthy of rounding up to 5)
Style: 2021 Model Pattern Name: Stand
I got my WEN tool stand today and I really love it. Let's talk assembly: It was fairly easy to assemble, but some of the bolts needed a small love tap with my hammer in order to get them in place. Instructions are pretty good. I made the mistake of initially trying to attach the legs on the inside of the corners, but after some blood and tears I noticed that the picture had them attached on the outside of the corner. (I want to take off half a point, but I can't with how much I love the assembled product). Once assembled it is nice and stable and easy to move. Next, let's talk about attaching tools and stability/maneuverability: First I gotta get this said and over with, sorry WEN, I very much love my DEWALT and Kobalt tools (but I may add some WEN tools now). Ok, with that said, I bought this stand for my 12" Kobalt Miter Saw. I'm getting back into woodworking but I have to delay the refit of my garage due to family health situation. After ordering the stand I got a little worried that my saw was going to be too big but it fits well. The edges do overhang a bit, but that is perfectly ok by me. I did have to drill some new bolt holes in order to attach the saw to the top, but that as easy to do. As toward stability/maneuverability, I love it. I was worried with the front having that one wheel in the middle that it would tip when turning, but it doesn't do that. It is really stable and easy to move. The only thing I wish was that it was an inch higher. It feels low, but I might be ok with that. I'm disabled and sometimes need to sit while working so having this being a bit low might work for me. Overall I highly recommend this stand to others. I'm planning on buying another one for my Rikon (sorry WEN) bandsaw and planer. ... show more

  • Ignore the negative reviews
Style: 2021 Model Pattern Name: Stand
Ignore the negative reviews where the poster(s) claim the manufacturing is shoddy and the holes don't line up. In all of those negative reviews which have photos, it can be clearly seen they're assembling the pieces INCORRECTLY. Mario is attempting to attach the top of the leg with the bottom base of the stand - he has it upside down and the holes are different at either end. The poster complaining the welds inside the bottom brackets interfere with the placement of the legs is also incorrect. The legs go on the outside of the brackets not the inside. Again, the pieces will not fit if you put them in the wrong place. I bought 2 of these and they arrived today. Follow the directions. They're decent. Biggest tip: The legs go on the OUTSIDE of the top/bottom assemblies. The directions don't state that, and the photos aren't that great. I assembled the first one (by myself - 1 set of hands) without any difficulty just under an hour. I assembled the second one in about 45 minutes. I'd recommend a FLAT assembly surface, to make it easy. I used a kitchen peninsula counter top being careful not to leave any scratches. Worked like a charm. The stands themselves are sturdy as a rock and the WEN benchtop tools mount perfectly (imagine that). There are plenty of slots on the top to accept mounting hardware in a large variety of positions. I'd wager that your chances to successfully mount other tools from different manufacturers is high. Because of the negative reviews, I was reluctant to make this purchase, but I'm so glad I did. So far, I have nothing but praise for any of my WEN tools. These stands are great. ... show more

  • Easy to assemble, sturdy, works as advertised
Style: 2021 Model Pattern Name: Stand
I know that's a generic headline, sorry. Here's the thing, it arrived and I opened the box, got the parts out, and assembly was easy. It's just 4 legs (6 bolts each, 8 if you count the ones that mount the middle shelf). The step to engage and release the wheel works, but I wish lowering it was a little more gentle, but that's a minor complaint, and for the price... meh? Fit my 13" WEN planer which is great because that's why I bought it. Even came with four bolts for attaching the tool to the top. If I didn't have a table already I could see buying a second one for use with my miter saw. ... show more
