Not only did I spend the better part of an hour fighting to force pieces into place that should have been built to fit but to top it off the seat itself as well as the area you attach the seat did not come with a latch to secure it in place, leaving it functionally useless because any time you sit on it the seat would fall back and out of alignment as well as slip down in height. And once it slides down, good luck getting it to come back up because that also doesn't fit the way it should and is now forever trapped in that position unless you decide to try and force it out with some insane effort with a pair of pliers. If I could give it zero stars I would. Refund has already been requested. ... show more

Missing several screws/bolts. Quality control obviously is lacking. Unable to install the front fender OR the bike rack due to the shortage in hardware.

    • No mistakes with product ordered.
One of the screw/bolt that hold the rear rack to the frame at the rear wheel was stripped and I had to cut new threads for it to be secured to the mounting hole on the frame.
