The media could not be loaded. I like how it just pops together. You have to assemble it where it will be placed in your home because moving it makes it fall apart since no screws or clips hold it together. I used a small dolly to move it but I had to attached the rope two parts again. What I don’t like is, I wear a USA Women’s size 8 shoe and they barely fit in each space, two shoes, (one pair). I got them for my husband who wears a US Men’s 12. Two men’s 12’s does not fit either, obviously. It spins cleanly, it looks nice in a huge closet, middle piece. I give it all stars because 1. Very easy to put together, no tools. Very intuitive and straight to the point instructions. There could be more indept step by step instructions/ description; such as labeling the parts base, top etc, however the ones enclosed get the job done. The base and the top are packed separately from the middle pieces. It took me about 25 minutes to put together by myself; only because of the layers and not being sure which piece was the top piece. It is very sturdy, it swivels without difficulty, looks really great in my closet and now I can organize my shoes effortlessly! I’m super disappointed in this item. I was so excited to get it. It sat in the box for 2 weeks then my son put it together for me. It looks beautiful but when I tried to put my shoes on the display as shown …. SO disappointed. They did not fit. This would be excellent for children’s shoes anybody over a size 6 shoe. It does not fit a size 8 shoe unless it’s sideways and one on top of the other. My window for return is over and now I’m stuck with a shoe rack that I can’t use for a shoe rack. Perhaps I’ll put it in my craft room for my small supplies storage. So disappointed ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Arrived fast and I was able to put together easily. Loved the concept and saved space in my closet . All my shoes fit but if you have bigger feet it’ll stick out . My daughter is 7.5 and I have to strategically lay it out or it’ll stick out. Made of pressed board .. quality is mot up to par.. make sure shoes not dripping or it’ll messed up the shelf. Hopefully they’ll make one out of real woods.. but over all I love it so far. ... show more

I do love this shoe stand. I'm 50 years old, 5' 3" and was able to put this together by myself, although I did have to use a step ladder to get the top put together. The directions aren't super clear but once you get it, it goes together pretty easily but some of the holes are slighty smaller than the pegs so I did have to use a rubber mallet with a towel on the end (as not to scufff the white paint) to gently tap some of them together. Just note that there is a top and bottom piece that are slighly differnt then the others. If you put one of those pieces in the middle it doesnt line up correctly and it took me a few minutes to figure out what I did wrong. You will want to put it together where you want to set it, it's awkward and heavy to move, especially on carpet. It's bigger than I thought it would be (taller than me). My only complaint would be that the slots aren't very deep. I only wear a size 6.5 shoe and my shoes hang off the edge slightly. It would also be great for purses, books or other items. Directions were very clear, some pieces were a little stubborn. But so am I so I stuck with it. Once I realized what was happening I would just flip the top part over and it seemed to be fine. Takes up a lot of room. But if you have the space it’s definitely a great purchase! I love how organized I can keep everything! ... show more

I was really amazed how big this product is! I am very excited to use it and start putting all my shoes on it. It is very big! However, after assembling it, I noticed the cover piece, or top, if you will, wouldn't fit. The holes would not align properly. I was so upset bc I was like, I'm going to have to disassemble it and return it. BUT WAIT! NO! THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED! I reached out directly to the seller, and left a message. I never thought I'd hear back from them, DIRECTLY!!! I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I told them what the issue was and all they asked for was the order number! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! They shipped me a whole new one at NO COST! They were in constant communication with me and had another shipped out quickly! Wanted to like this product but very disappointed. Minimal instructions, difficult to assemble because pegs don't fit. Had to use a hammer to lock them into place. As I layered higher and higher, could not secure plates in place. Now my shoe rack is leaning like an Eiffel Tower. Would have been an accurate price point had I been able to assemble and use this. Pictures don't capture the dents and dings from having to hammer the plates into place (only 3 went in by hand). Still had thoughts to keep it afterall, because I'm really attracted to the 360 degree "spin feature" but this product is low quality and not designed well.
