Let me start off by saying, I'm comparing this tape to an expensive roll I bought from Walmart. I used the Walmart roll for about 2 months, and it was horrible! The tape from Walmart would stick to my skin, and under 5 minutes into my workout, It'd be slipping and sliding. I could never deadlift very well with it because it would just slip while picking up a heavy weight -- very dangerous. I then swapped over to this tape and OH MY.. the difference! I can add more or less without needing scissors as it's easily ropable, and it does NOT SLIP! I haven't had this for too long and will edit this if I have any problems in the future, but this is a game changer. I loved not having to worry about my hands slipping while deadlifting, stayed in tack, AND gave me some flexibility because it's slightly stretchy unlike the Walmart one. Feels breathable and great, cannot beat this price, especially for how many rolls you get. ZERO complaints from me so far! Mostly affordable at about $5 per roll. go through all 3 rolls in a month's time. The tape is flexible enough, durable enough and sticky enough. I would recommend this tape. I do CrossFit barbell work (clean & snatch) 5x per week and this tape has saved my thumbs for sure!!

I’ve used quite a few brands of thumb tape, and this so far is my favorite. It’s nice and sticky so it’s easy to put on, and doesn’t slide of so easy like medical tape does. It’s also pretty stretchy. So if you like a tighter or more loose wrap, this tape will satisfy your preference. The strength of the tape works for lots of different barbells. Keep in mind, the sharper the knurling the more damage to the tape (duh). All this combined with the price and speed of shipping with Prime, I highly recommend this tape. Enjoy all the colors as well! As a bonus, it also works as a quick wrap bandage for the shin scabs and wrist wraps if you don’t have any. The media could not be loaded. I bought a 3 pack of Hook Grip Tape, a 4 pack of Wrist Sweatbands, and a pair of Hand Grips. First, let's start with the lifting grips. I used the grips for pull ups, muscle ups, and deadlifts - and they were great! The fingerless design is super smart and easy. And I love how easy it is to just fold them down so they're out of the way when I'm not using them. Next up, the sweatbands. Obviously they look awesome, but more importantly, they're super high quality. They nailed it with the perfect amount of thickness and stretchiness. And last but not least, the lifting tape. I just have to say WOW!!! I've used a lot of different tapes over the years, but this is by far the best tape! Overall, I'm very happy with the LyftRX products. This tape is great for all the lifting I do in the gym. It’s stretchy and durable and you get a lot of tape for the price. It comes in a variety of colors which is fun, especially since I love pink. Way above expectations with the LyftRX tape. I’ve been using normal athletic tape for my thumbs while lifting which isn’t ideal. The ability to bend and flex with this tape is great. Eases the discomfort of the hook grip on the bar for sure. Definitely recommend using this product.
