out of the box to set up 2 minutes. Stable, comfortable, doesn't support your head but it's not needed. Screws holding the pad on were loose but nothing a hex wrench won't fix. Foot foam comes off, wrap the pipe with tape will fix that. Not very heavy, not too sure about durability but I think it will be good for a me I'm 225 with weights 325 I don't think it would do 750. Light work outs fine, heavy duty work outs buy an upper end Body Solid $$$ ... show more

I got this because I can't leave exercise equipment laying around my small apartment. It's a very solidly built, stable bench with many configurations for a variety of workouts. The padding is comfortable and I love that I'm able to use it as a bench press and adjust it for curls. This is perfect for people like me that want a home gym but not necessarily the space for it. Wow, what a nice addition to our exercise room this bench is! It is very sturdy and stable and has many positions that are easy to adjust and select. I love that it folds up to be very compact for storage when it is not in use. In addition, I like that the pads are very soft and comfortable, and overall it is very well built with regard to quality and stability. It's a great starter bench, for light to medium workouts. It was extremely easy to assemble, easy to adjust and fold. The bench is fairly narrow, the sturdiness could be much better but for a lower end bench, it's worked nicely. The padding is comfortable and it's very easy to move around whether you are inclining or declining. Doesn't take up a ton of space, which is nice. ... show more

I like how quick this is to assemble and get set up for me to use. It is not too big and bulky so the space that it takes up is reasonable. The cushion seat is very thick and comfortable and helps give me support while sitting on it. Has a Solid frame and quality materials. Would recommend.

This weight bench was pretty easy to set up - took about 5 minutes total. It's easy to adjust both the incline and to fold away when not in use. With that said, I wish the foam foot bars were a bit longer. My feet slip off them a lot unless they are on one of the higher notches.     • Easy To Adjust. Good Quality & Comfortable Materials. Minimalistic Appearance.
Fitness is important to me, but I’m no gym rat. I’d much rather complete my workouts at home, and this fantastic bench is a big help with that. Upon arrival, it required just a few items be inserted to complete its assembly, and this process was detailed beautifully in the included instructions, which utilize large print and large, clear photos. After assembly, you can fold it in half to store it out of the way in a pleasingly compact manor that allows for more space to be used in my workout area than if it had to remain setup at all times. You’ll have to remove a pin before folding it or unfolding it, replacing the pin to lock it in place. Unfolded, it’s easy to adjust the angle of the back to create a totally flat bench, an upright chair, or anything in between by simply moving the braces to the desired notch. Likewise, the seat can be angle to tilt more upward or more downward. The materials and durability are as impressive as I’ve seen on similar products at a gym (during my few visits). The cushioning on the bench is plentiful, and the padding over the foot bar is soft and comfortable. The coverings over this bench’s feet effectively protect the floor beneath from damage. I like the simple color scheme, which complements the other colors in my workout area; I appreciate that no colors are bold and jarring. Overall, I’m very happy with all aspects of this workout bench, which has made several of my exercises much more convenient while allowing me to add others to my routine that I was unable to perform before getting it. ... show more
