I absolutely love this product! I received mine as a Christmas present, and I have been using it since I got it. I love making the tumblers so much that I haven’t even flipped the laser to start other projects. Here is an example of some that I have made, and I am by no means an expert, but I love the way they turned out. There are only a couple of negative things that Iother projects. One it did not come with the rotary pro which in my opinion is essential to be able to have the flexibility on the mugs. I did order this separately and I have used it with amazing results. Two I wish I would have known it was coming out in pink because I would’ve been the first one to buy it! I love the way the pink one looks and would have much rather have that. And finally, I’m just sad that mine did not come with the fume extractor or the IR laser. The IR laser is definitely going to be my next purchase because I am extremely excited to be able to use that. After that, it will be the fume extractor simply because it has been so windy that the air is blowing the smoke back into my window when I try to vent. Other than that, it is a dream machine! Thank you WeCreat for making a product that is so amazing and yet still reasonably priced. This is my first product I have bought from you, but it definitely will not be the last. ... show more

Had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning with installation but customer service is TOP NOTCH! and they helped me get sorted out. This is a great beginner laser. I've never owned one before and the ease of use is what attracted me to this particular model. I have not tested the rotary element, but I will soon. Its already proven to be a great investment and I'm sold on the brand. A++++++++++ ... show more
