So when this cute little toy arrived it would turn on but would not vibrate, even after charging for 24 hours. When I reported to Amazon this turned out to be a product you had to work with the manufacturer on. After contacting the manufacturer they confirmed a two year warranty, great. However when it came time to get my address each of those emails mysteriously became “lost” even though they received all of my other emails. So after the attempts emailing my address to them they decided to close the case. Incredibly shady. I think they just didn’t want to replace their defective product. ... show more

For some reason Amazon wasn't letting me upload pictures, but I received this item very quickly. It arrived almost fully charged in a surprisingly nice box. Like nice enough that if it hadn't encased a s€x toy, I would put something else in it and wrap it up for a holiday gift. The vibrator itself is waterproof, versatile, has all the settings anyone could ever want, and is relatively robust at full strength. One end is even ribbed for somebody's pleasure.
