I have been searching for a mossy rock fountain for a period of time. Every time it is either too expensive, or too small/big. This is just the right one. i am so lucky to get this fountain. The delivery time was faster than expected and the package was very good. There was not any damage. The material is seems not real rock. Seller said it is resin with fiberglass. And I think that won't be problem for me. Because the fountain looks really very good, and it is heavy as stone. The most important is there's enough moss on each tier. The fountain is wonderful. This is a beautiful fountain and was easy to set up but it leaked from day one so I have it outside and pretty much have to fill it anytime I want to turn it on ..not what I wanted to deal with every time but I guess that’s easier than trying to return it. Not even sure where it is leaking from …

The media could not be loaded. I Purchased This For My Mom & She Loved It!! It Came Right On Time & Was Safely In The Box Whenever We Opened It!! This Was Very Easy To Assemble With Hooking Up The Main Hose To The Water Pump & The LED Lights Was Easily Accessible & Assembled Very Well Too!! Before We Added The Water, The Water Fountain Was Light Weighted & Is Very Easily To Be Moved Around Indoors & Outdoors With Some Maneuverability. We Have Ours Indoors & It Is Super Quiet & It's Very Relaxing To Be Able To Listen To The Water Running Down!! I purchased this fountain primarily based on the clearly-defined green moss, as described and pictured, in order to complement my other decor. When I received it, I was disappointed at how little moss was actually included. I took a photo to compare to the pictures online and was easily able to notice how much was actually lacking on the product itself, so I went ahead and returned it. Shortly after, the seller asked me to send them a photo, so I obliged, but was shocked whey replied back with a side-by-side comparison with photoshopped boxes around the few areas they were able to locate a faint green tint on my photo. They asked why I said there was no moss (in my return comment), but it's clear to me they deliberately ignored the many, many spots where there is clearly-defined moss in their photo but not on what I received. I invite you to take a look at the photos and decide for yourself. If the moss isn't important to you, it's a pretty fountain overall, so it may not make a difference in your purchase decision. As it is, I wouldn't have even bothered with a review if I hadn't felt the seller was gaslighting my experience and would fail to address this quality control issue, so I wanted to warn others. Since I returned it, I wasn't able to test the fountain functionality itself. My three stars are for the overall nice look of the fountain; if the seller experience was included it would be fewer stars. ... show more

The pump is strong. I turned it down some. I also added rocks to make it more realistic and cut down on the lights that are bright. It works perfectly! Yes it splashes it's a waterfall! I will build a base around it with plants to absorb some of the splash. I use it outside so I am ok with it. I absolutely love it. Well worth the money. It works amazing!!! put this in my bedroom, because it said helps with sleep. It did not leak a bit, but I decided it will be wonderful for my deck instead. (Which is what it was purchased for) very nice running water sound love it... UPDATE MAY 27,2022. I bought this in February 2022 and set it up in April 2022. At first this fountain was great. Others had posted how theirs leaked, mine did not at first. Now there is a continuous puddle of water under it. Looks like it is leaking from underneath it. I had to remove it from my deck. Afraid it would cause the wood to rot! UPDATE June 11,22 I sent a video of the leak and the offered a replacement or a refund. It really is a beautiful fountain so I requested a replacement.
