I purchased this for my 5’ wide x 18‘ long cattery that’s just outside my window. My five cats adore it. One in particular watched the water run for an hour when he first saw it, putting his paw in tentatively. The running water is not very loud, which I like. It has just the perfect soft sound of running water without being obnoxious. You can see in the photo that my cattery has chairs for humans to sit in as well as cats and it’s a very pleasant environment with the running water at our feet. Highly recommend.     • Not returnable and it leaks out the water within 15 min

I had it all set up according to the instructions and within 15 minutes almost all of the water had leaked out all over the place. I contacted the supplier and they refused to give me a refund or take it back. It was a waste of time, effort and money.

Yes, I read the dimensions before I purchased it, but sadly I also have mild dyslexia, so I misread the dimensions, my fault alone on that error. Despite that, it's a nice looking fountain, but instead of using the fountain outside, I'm going to find a spot for it in my living or dining room area. It will be a nice addition to our home interior. Some folks have complained about the tubing kinking and bending, the simple fix here is DO NOT attach the tubing as it comes, it is far longer than it needs to be. Place the pump inside the cavern, take the hose and put it next to the pump, use a sharpie marker and mark where the hose meets the pump body next to the output port, bring the tube as far outside the cavern as possible, DO NOT CUT AT THE MARK YOU MADE, cut the tubing down at a minimum above your mark so that you have enough tubing I'm case you'd need to cut the tubing back for a repair. This is done in case the tubing ever splits at or near the output port, this way you should have enough tubing to cut and replace several times if you ever have it split open. Having cut the tubing back like this will also prevent kinked, bent or obstruction to the water flow. Also save your excess tubing, there are items that allow you to connect tubing that has become to short over many years of use, and you can then splice that extra tubing you have to the fountain'xls short tubing and keep your fountain in operation for many years. I've done this for many fountains I've owned very successfully and kept then running perfectly for many years past their normal lifespan. So, yes, fountain is small, and I can recommend it. But do follow some of the advice above for a problem free operation of this very nice and serene fountain. ... show more

    • Very dirty open arrival
Was super excited when it came. It was packaged well in lots of Styrofoam and tap. But after I recieved this and opened everything I had to literally spend about 30 minutes washing it. It was covered in dirt and something fuzzy and smelled horrible like resin or chemicals. Inside an out. Also after running the water for about a week I noticed a film of oil or matalic substance (like a skim) on top of the water. So I had to rinse it off again and wash it out took about another 30 minutes. It very large also which means it wont fit into a sink. I have to clean it in my shower. There's also like straw an stick pieces in the paint. Over all I'm disappointed. I don't feel like it's worth the money at all. Maybe after time the oily substance will stop. We will see. It’s beautiful and light weighted. I did not assemble it, my husband did. He did not complain. There are lights and it looks amazing at night. It’s perfect size, not to small and makes beautiful sound. I love it!!

So hot in Texas that the birds need a constant water source and this fit the bill. It's a very good size, the birds already love it and we're enjoying the gentle sound of running water in the evening.

The media could not be loaded. The lights are good. The fountain is good looking. I have some water plants in mine and they complete the look I wanted. It is on the screen porch.

Terrible water flow water is oily very poor quality.I sent it back and it was returned to me the box was not reusable now I’m told to send back again
