It was our first Christmas in a new home and we wanted to put up lights in an area that wasn't near a outlet. These were perfect -- easy to use, batteries lasted all season, and several different light patterns to choose from. Good quality and reasonably priced. Recommend!

I got these halloween to put in the window. I love that there's no extra cord or outlet needed. the battery pack is heavy, but I have it sitting on the sill so no problem ( it would take some extra doing to mount it in a decoration). It has multiple settings (On, fade, chaser, flasher etc) and the 8 hour timer is great too. Batteries lasted all of October with about an 8 hour daily use. UPDATED: My lights were not working. I missed the return period so I had just given a honest review of the product I received. Reviews were good overall, so maybe mine was a fluke. A week later the seller contacted me via email and apologized for my experience and asked if I would like a refund. What a nice surprise and a sign of excellent customer service. The previous review is below and I gave 1 star. I am now changing to 4 stars. I will look to buy another set and see how they work. INITIAL: Lights are very bright. Worked for a few days. Y'all might be thinking that I'm celebrating Christmas in July, but that's not the case. I did put these multi color, 8 mode, battery operated, Christmas tree 🌲 lights on a tree when I received them today, but a 5' wisteria with purple flowers (also from Amazon), sitting on a 4 scrolled legs accent table from Amazon, in the middle of my studio, and it looks really super cool, especially when the room is otherwise dark, except for the addition of my Mr. Christmas carousel (also from Amazon). ... show more

If you are like me and just dont want to keep having large electricity bills because of holiday lights then these are for you. Great length and easy to use. They lasted 3 weeks on 1 set of batteries. We have no outside access to electricity outside of our home so I went with solar to decorate for Christmas. They worked great for sunny days but these are very well made, have the regular size bulbs, and last but not least, a time and mode function that you set that works so well! I will be purchasing more of these for sure. No more flipping the solar panels if the neighbors have bright lights or the street light comes on lol. ... show more
