These batteries are great cheap spares for the canon m6 mkii. These are one of the few 3rd party batteries that actually display battery life info on the camera. These do have a pretty comparable battery life to the oem. I did manage to get about 250-275 shots with the evf on the camera. They do fit a little tighter that the oem batteries, but they still slip into the camera easily. The only other caveat is that these batteries will not charge in the oem charger so if you're traveling you will need to take two chargers. Other than that these are excellent spares. ... show more

Batteries are a perfect fit in my EOS M50 Mk. II. Charger will charge the Canon OEM battery as well. Batteries kinda "snap" into the charger, and are very secure, even when the charger is turned upside down. Will charge with a portable power pack. These batteries work fine in my Canon SX 70 HS. The life seems as good as the expensive OEM. The camera battery gauge works as it should. The charger is nothing special, but it works and I like that I can charge two batteries at once. The downside is that the kit is made in China. Chinese batteries don't have a great reputation. I do wish I'd spent a bit more a bought batteries either made in Japan or with Japan-made batteries. Still, these will work as backup. ... show more

    • Fits a Canon M50 perfectly & performs well
Wish it came with a USB charging block (used my cell phone charging block) & the batteries really should come with plastic safety caps. With that aside they charge quickly & fit the Canon M50 just like the OEM Canon battery. Number of shots per charge depends on how the camera is set-up, but the Wasabi's do as well as, if not significantly better than, the Canon OEM battery. I've used Wasabi''s in all my Canon cameras, including the correct wasabi battery model for the S120, 60D, and a 6D. All have performed great & I was pleased to find they had a battery for the M50. ... show more

These last longer than other third party brands that I've used. A lot of battery sellers overstate the power capacity of their batteries, but I believe this brand is the most comparable to the original Canon battery.

01-22-2019 The batteries visually look well made. Other than the branding, they look like the factory canon battery. A side-by-side comparison to the Canon brand battery, the only difference to be noticed (other than branding on the batteries) is that of the contacts. The Canon battery contacts are a brighter "gold" finish. Other than that (and branding) the batteries look practically identical. The USB powered charger is a tiny thing, with two small LED lights that indicate charging (red) or complete (green). A short USB-A to USB-micro cable is included in the pack. A typical cellular phone charger with a USB micro cord will work as well. I just plugged the charger into my cell charging cord and within 45 minutes the new batteries were topped off. I should mention that I used a Samsung 2A fast cellular charger, not a 0.5A or 1.0A cell charger, it will likely make a difference on how quickly the batteries will charge. I did a basic power-up test of each battery in a Canon M50, no issues at this time. I've run one of the batteries for over an hour and it is still hanging in there. As this point, I'd say these batteries are good to have as back-up. Time will tell if they will reliably hold a charge or what their life span will be. ... show more

Bought a few months ago and are working ok. They last a bit less than the original battery, but that is expected. Batteries come with charger to charge them both which is convenient. Overall good value for money
