  • I honestly think that this is the best value they offer
Size: 60 inch
I have had the most expensive plow that Warn offers (the County, or tapered, blade) and now this one. I honestly think that this is the best value they offer. The tapered blade is good at clearing snow off to the side but, unless you put it at an extreme angle, anything more than a couple inches of snow will still spill out onto the opposite side, requiring another pass to clean up the residual. Same thing with this blade, so why would you pay more for a plow that functions the same...? Additionally, this blade allows for top attachments, which the tapered blade does not. I have yet to attach anything, but just knowing I can put a snow shield or side markers on it is a nice option to have. Actually thought about mounting a couple auxiliary lights on the top edge since the blade cuts off the ATV head light beam and makes it hard to see the ground in front of the plow. Haven't done it, but at least I have that option with the straight blade... And lastly, this blade is able to convert to a bucket, which the tapered blade cannot. I have not ordered the bucket attachment, but I may this summer. Again, this is a nice option to have that the tapered blade does not offer. The tapered blade is slightly thicker metal, but I have not noticed any real difference in functionality or clearing ability. I was somewhat concerned that the blade wouldn't cut down to the surface as well because it was lighter, but that's not the case. It clears just as well as my tapered blade did. I have done a lot of comparison to the tapered version, which I hope is helpful for someone trying to decide between the two. As for THIS blade, it functions very well and is built as well as I would expect for a name brand. Welds are clean and strong, fitment to the push tube was perfect, and it clears snow very well. Very happy with this blade! ... show more

  • 2000 Honda FormanES 450 and 2009 Polaris Sportsman 850XP
Size: 50 inch
2000 Honda Forman ES 450. All in all the install went well. My brother in law helped me and with a small bag of sockets and a little Dewalt impact driver the job took two hours. Having just two U bolts holding the universal mounting bracket on makes me a bit nervous. BUT! I think being able to hammer those nuts in with the 20v impact driver might help. They they feel rock solid after driving them in. There is a few more holes on the mounting bracket that might be used in conjunction with another set of U bolts that could secure the system a bit better. The blade itself feels rock solid and the spring loaded handle that allows for swinging the blade out left or right is easy to get to and is practically effortless to manage. Because of the push bars not being wider than the frame, the plows maximum height is a bit lower than I would like but I don’t think it’s going to be a big issue come snow fall. I plan to update my review after I use it heavily. For now I would say that it’s worth the money, For now I’ll give it three out of five because of the chinsy U bolt mount and the lack of blade height. If it holds up to a decent amount of pushing snow then I’d ad one more star. UPDATE: I have used this system now all winter long and the bolts have held strong with zero issues. The blade height on my 2000 Honda Forman is "adequate " I did ending up purchasing the same set up again for my Polaris that I recently bought. The blade height on it is incredible.......so much that I don't take it off when I'm just wheeling for fun in the snow with my kid. I ended up selling the front mount "glacier" plow that came with my Polaris because I plow more than just a driveway and the front mount set up is nowhere near as strong as the center mount. So if you have tough Gnarly plowing to do , get your self a center mount I would recommend this to anyone looking to work their equipment hard. yes its kid of a pain in the ass to take it on and off over the weaker front mount but again , I cant say this enough....IF YOU ARE GOING TO WORK YOUR ASS OFF IN SNOW. BUY THIS WARN BLADE AND CENTER MOUNT SYTEM. ... show more

  • great plow well made
Size: 60 inch
mounted this with a mid mount kit and plowed some 6" wet snow and it worked without a flaw... I put never seize on all the bolts and would suggest this because of the natural wet environment and when you go to replace the skid plates or wear plate, you will love yourself for it. I got the 60" one and when angled full left or right has enough over coverage to provide snow clearance for the big knobby tires on my 2022 yamaha grizzly xt-r ... ... show more

  • Very nice well build plow
The Warn Provantage Plow has a nice build quality. I attached this to my 2019 Yamaha Kodiak. Did the work myself with not much of a problem. Installed a winch, light bar, mounting plate, push tubes, and plow. I put some accessories in my plow, the side markers, plow end stop and rubber flap with an additional ware part installed on top for extra weight and durability. The plow throws the snow very nicely to one side when angled. The ends stop prevents the snow from leaking on the drive. The rubber stop prevents the snow from flying over the top of the plow. Very happy with the set up. Tested it out this season, will do 7 inches of snow with no problem. The only thing I dislike is the wear bar is single sided and overpriced. I will find a work around... to avoid this costly Warn Wear Bar Issue. KFI makes a 54 inch wear bar with three of the holes aligned leaving only 4 more to drill, at half the price and is double sided. I think the 54 inch size is the perfect fit for this ATV. I have tried state plows and 60" plows in the past. ... show more
