It came well packed. It is silent! It is fairly lightweight. Easy to hang. The balsa wood leaves marks on light colored walls but rubs off with a sponge or cloth.

The diameter on this is 2 ft and filled up the empty space on my wall beautifully. I love the whitewash/rustic wood combo, it matches well with my boho themed living room and the colors on my wall. It does not come with batteries so make sure you have AA’s on hand. It is made very well and actually pretty light to pick up even though it is large. I love the wrought iron detailing. If you are looking for a clock that is extremely quiet, look no further. You have to get really close to the clock to actually hear it tick. I love the farmhouse look, and with the tall ceilings in my home I am always looking for ways to balance the space better. This 24” clock checks both of those boxes for me, and also fills my one “always” requirement for clocks - it’s silent! Overall I love how light it is, and the simple styling with easy to see contrast/easy to read letters. I like these types of clocks that let the color of the wall show through, it makes it easier to match/tie them into rooms that have a bit more personality in the paint color (which is every room in my home!) One complaints (and the reason for the like not love.). When I installed the battery and wound this up (using the gear on the back!) the minute hand “stuck” to the hour hand. The hands themselves are a rather flimsy thin material and it was a bit bent. I am concerned that could happen again although I did my best to straighten it out. With the rest of the clock quality I’m not sure why a nicer metal hour/time hand wasn’t used, it would have definitely classed up the whole piece. Considering actually replacing that part from another dead clock I have just b/c it bugs me that much! From a design aesthetic, size, and value for the price I love this clock. If you too love the style I say go for it - but be aware that you should take a look at how the hour/minute hands “fit” in relation to each other before mounting it up on the wall where it will be harder to address. ... show more
