Color - Yellow They're Nice you get what you paid for, if you want really rugged pay alot more these are not the one for that. Some say they come with batteries others say they didn't mine did not come with batteries, as far as the plug on top goes the description shows it it as a charging port not sure as they came with no charger or batteries. Update: I increased the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. Although I still cannot use the item due to the volume issue, I do appreciate the company responding and standing behind their product. Customer service goes a long ways and it's nice that when a product doesn't work the way you expect, that they company will step in to make things right. While I wouldn't personally buy this product again, I would feel comfortable buying a different product from this company again. I realize this is a really strange thing to complain about, so this review may not be valuable to everyone, but these things are just very loud. Even when I have the volume all the way as low as it will go, every time I use these and they make the beep sound that they're activating, the sound is so loud it's really just painful to my ears. I don't even use these because it's just too painful. And I'm talking about how you press the button to talk and it beeps, or you press the menu and it beeps; that beep. I can't find a way to make it quieter. The small volume bars at the bottom are all the way down to 1 bar. ... show more
