Bottom left in the pic. Ruler for scale, other parts for comparison. Looks like rubber, smells like rubber... and menthol maybe? I'm not tasting it. I measure the shorter through-hole at 11.5mm ID, the longer one at 12.5mm ID.

Contrary to what Amazon's vehicle compatibility feature tells you, this exhaust hanger does indeed fit a 2001 RAV-4. I'd assume that it also fits any RAV-4 between 2001 and 2005. The very rear left exhaust hanger on the muffler of the RAV-4 requires a 90° exhaust hanger, which is difficult to find anywhere. The pictures are comparing the Walker part to the original OEM part and the new Walker part on the car. Here's a hint for getting old exhaust hangers off: just cut them off with a utility blade.
