The truth is…as a 62 yo woman who’s never been fit or committed to exercise, Walk with Leslie has changed my life! Started with the freebie YouTube vids (some have been viewed over 66 million times!!!) during lockdown then joined her website for a mere $50 yrly. I’m convinced it’s the Best bargain in the exercise world. I’m reversing serious health issues that most docs Would say impossible and yes eating like our grparents is a significant piece of the big picture!! These bands are building muscles that have Been dormant forEVA and are great value as well. When I first went to buy a 7-ring band, the Leslie model was out of stock. So, I looked at reviews for other models and bought one. Turns out that it was too rigid, not enough stretch, even after using it for a period of time. I had to modify each of the exercises to make sure I didn't hurt myself. Just bought the Leslie model. First thing I noticed was that the band itself is a bit longer than the other model. Also, it was softer and more stretchy. I've used it 4 times now and follow the band exercises exactly as Leslie and team do them. This band is the right one for me. Was going to throw out the other one but my husband tried it and said he'll use it.....even it it's hot pink ;) ... show more

This exercise band is good for resistance training. I purchased it in early March 2023 to replace an old one that had stretched out (over several years of use). I used the band for the exercises (2-3 times a week) in Leslie Sansone's Miracle Miles DVD and followed her directions exactly. The band worked well for just over a month and then it ripped open and was unusable. I messaged the company through Amazon and they responded quickly and sent out a new band immediately. I have been using the new band for 6 months and it is working great. I gave this 4 stars because of the issue with the original band but I have been very happy with the replacement and the fact that the company responded quickly and replaced with a quality produce. ... show more

Love the bands! I’ve been doing the walk programs for several years using the original “stretchy bands” that would hurt and almost cut me between my thumb and index fingers. When I recently purchased the walk app and found newer routines I noticed they use the 7 loop bands now. What a game changer! They are far more comfortable on the hands/fingers and very durable. To bad, I really liked this until it tore. Same issue as previous reviewers and I only had this resistance band for less than 3 months. To me, looks like it's a manufacturing issue with the raw material. Suggest "Walk at Home" review specifications with their manufacturer and perform additional quality control prior to distribution and sales. ... show more
