I really love this set of bands, but the black band snapped within a year of purchase. I also like the poster of exercises using the band and the pouch that comes with the bands. Very portable exercise equipment - took them with me to my destination wedding, bc I’d much rather exercise in our room than spend time going to and from the resort’s gym during my wedding week haha. These were affordable and feel durable. They also give you an awesome little chart with tons of workouts you can do. This would make great for a gym to guide people on workouts. That alone is worth a 5 star in my opinion. Good buy

I live in a strict apartment complex that forbids gym equipment like a weight bench, they want you to use their gym facility instead. I don't like gyms. So I was just doing calisthenics and decided to get these resistance bands to add a little something extra to the routine. So far, so good. I can easily grab these and fit in some exercise here and there throughout the day when I'm home. Note that the door anchor will peel paint off the corner of the door and the door frame inside. I put mine near the hinges of the door instead of where it opens and closes so any damage will be less noticeable. I started with the 25 lbs. just to get going and have worked my way up to the 55 lbs. band in a couple months. I adjust some of the exercises I like compared to how they show them on the poster, I don't like when the resistance band hits part of my body during the exercise so I find ways to change my grip or stance as needed to avoid that. Just want smooth, consistent motion. Stick to your routine, don't overdo it and keep at it. Better to do light exercise consistently over months than to strain yourself and stop after a couple weeks. ... show more
