Moving to Virginia from Florida is one thing, moving to a trailer from a 2 bedroom condo is another! Doing our wash was a nightmare at the laundromat, not only 45 minutes away but also the money and the stress. I was skeptical about installing a compact washer in our shed, but I cannot express my joy and amazement on how efficient this machine is easy to install. Compared to regular top load machines, it works even better, and cleaner, with so many choices which you never have with commercial washers (like 4 different water levels and 10 different wash cycles, on a compact washer no less! Just keep in mind when installing in a shed, to dig a hole for the wash water to drain properly. Other than that, enjoy the best investment you ever made. It is so quiet, easy to use and dryer by removing the excess water, especially with 2 spin cycles and the option for spin only cycle. The size is deceiving because depending on the items you choose, you can do about half the normal wash load of a conventional washer, and the machine fits in almost any space. My mother's washing machine had failed and we are having a little trouble getting it fixed and didn't want to give up just yet and buy a new one. This portable washer saved the day as a backup. We now have clean clothes again and we have been using it for the last 9 months or so. We got the larger size so we could do both large and small loads. We haven't had any problems with it. The adaptor provided fits the bathroom sink and the hose drains into the tub. I would make sure you put a trap on tub/shower drain if you are washing items that create a lot of lint and make sure the drain hose is secure and doesn't move when water starts to flow out (you don't want to accidentally flood the room). It is light enough to pick up, but easier to move on a wheeled cart. Small enough to store temporarily in the bathtub or shower, or in a closet. The electronics controls are pretty easy to figure out, but they did provide instructions as well. The delivery arrived promptly a little before the promised date. ... show more

I’ll just get right to it. First off the washing machine was smaller than expected given the description listed in the product details. It lists 2.3 cu.ft, my previous compact washer was a Haier Hlp23e at 1.46 cu.ft.and it was larger in every way. This washer was too small to reach my kitchen sink, I had to buy a dolly cart to be able to use this machine. This washing machine does not rinse well in that when it finishes a wash cycle the clothes are Very Wet. I can wring water out of the clothes when it’s done. The spin cycle available barely makes a difference. This machine is listed as returnable but the cost of return would have been on me, then they want you to send it to New Jersey which makes no sense to me given that the washing machine arrived in just a few minutes days, I doubt that the washing machine came from New Jersey. I’m in Arizona. The washing machine has started leaking out of the bottom so now there water on the floor when you use it. The seller offer was that they refunded me $100 of the cost of the machine to just keep it and do something with it. Amazon has many choices for a washing machine, please consider something else besides this one. I checked the reviews on this product and the many good reviews didn’t help me here. The water levels on the machine are almost all the same, it says 8 water levels but it defaults to level 6 which fills up the machine, so then what’s level 8 like ? Again you can do so much better than this one. HUGE waste of my money and time. ... show more

Purchased this washing machine for my studio apartment since the building where I live only has one washing machine for 16 units - I love it, as it is simple to use and keeps my clothes very clean. The drum inside is about the same size as a commercial washing machine because it doesn't have the bar in the middle that separates clothes - instead, it's just a big empty space - so I use washing machine balls instead to help separate the clothes - the machine is very powerful & cleans just as well as a commercial washing machine & my clothes always come out clean ... Only complaint is that this size I ordered (17.6 pounds - the largest model) only came in the color gray at the time of purchase. But I see others here who have purchased the washing machine in white - I would have loved to have had the machine in the color white because it would have matched my color decor better than the gray - also, the cord is too short so I have to use an extension cord - so they should make these with longer cords - but those are my only complaints (which have nothing to do with the functionality of the washer itself). Best investment ever because it's saving me so much money and time . Love this washing machine - just wish all the models came in white at the time of purchase. And having to use an extension cord was not a big deal ... . Only suggestion I would make is that there be a pocket in the back of the washer where the cord can be tucked in. ... show more

The instruction Manuel is not clear enough, so I had to learn to use it more by trial and error. I absolutely love this washer. I wish I bought it years ago when we first moved in. Our community had a community washer and dryer which they removed, so we finally had to figure out an option for the house. We couldn’t get one installed because of the houses build. I researched online and the videos convinced me. This product cleaned my clothing so good that the water coming out was so dirty omg. I was so grossed out. After washing with this machine my clothing feels so good, and look great too. It agitates so well! One of the best I’ve ever seen. It washes just like a commercial use laundry mat machine, even better than a normal washer. It’s so easy to install and comes with everything you need. It also fits a good size amount of clothing.
