    • Cool device but it doesn’t scrub. Vacuum is strong though. Lots of goodThings.
The media could not be loaded. So I love the vacuum / cleaner. But… it doesn’t scrub. My cheap little $50 Steamer gets food off the floor when it’s stuck but this will not. I can go over and over it many times and nothing. But other than that it’s awesome. I’m challenged with putting things together and using devices but this was easy for me. Super simple. Great directions. Cool Separate tanks. Easy to use. Light weight. Easy to clean and dump dirty water. Suction is wonderful. It’s an amzinh vacuum that gets every single hair I run over. Dog hair that is. And my dog sheds horribly. I would buy it again but maybe also look for this but maybe an Upgrade of it If ever possible. So just the scrubbing dried foods off the floor is lacking. But otherwise I wish they would make a Verizon with bristles. Actual scrubbing power. These models, all the companies, don’t have that yet. It’s just wiping down. It’s not scrubbing. It’s a soft tag type roll. Or have a steamer option. It’s awesome. Saved me a ton of time. It cleans nicely and smoothly. My floors looked amazing after 25 mins. It lasted for 4 Big rooms. And it was nice. Battery warns you. And It told me when to empty the Dirty tank. Charging takes a little bit but similar to any other cordless. And it shows you the percentage. I have had other cordless wet dry mop items. This one is the best I have tried. Easy to use, very lightweight. Easy to take apart/clean. Charges fast and battery lasts long. Works very well. Highly recommend.

Our shark mop/ vac died so now using this to clean primary tile / lvp kitchen floor Light weight and easy to a maneuver. Good suction - picking up plenty of dog hair. A little bit of a learning curve on functions and commands/ statements that it speaks - sometimes hard to understand Frequently needing to self clean / add water and pour out dirty water - at least every other time it’s used. But it really cleans! And this I prefer than having to buy expensive cleaning pads to replace like we did on our old shark mop/ vac ... show more

    • I really wanted this to work
It doesn’t clean dog slobber, water marks nor mud. It spreads the dog hair. It picks some of it up. I have to use my other vacuum to get the dog hair. It also leaves a puddle of water where you stop the machine. It will leave a residue if you don’t dry it quickly. Not worth the money I spent. I’m mad at myself for waiting too long to return now I’ve missed the return window. ... show more

After opening the box and assembling the dry vacuum, I was amazed by how easy it was to assemble the vacuum without looking at the instruction. There is a nice weight to it that makes it feels like it is constructed of high quality material. From the seamless charging to actual use of the vacuum, I would highly recommend to those who hate manually cleaning their floors. 10/10 as well on the cleaning of the floors, after a first pass with just hot water in the tank in the kitchen. The media could not be loaded. We have always had one of those large corded vacuums and when we moved into our new place I wanted something cordless given the new space we needed to cover. We also have both carpet and hardwood and a wet/dry mop/vacuum seemed too good to be true. I was a little worried if it would be strong enough, especially with our new construction dirt, but it handled just fine. I like that it talks and tells you it needs to be cleaned. It's super simple to empty and rinse out and put back together. Only thing was I didn't know how to start the vacuum after turning it on, just tilt it back and it starts running!
