This was a really popular gift for a little one in my life. The textures are really pleasing for little fingers and mouths. We wiped down prior to gifting, just to be on the safe side(no weird smells or any concerns) and it remained soft and fully intact. Soft and has teething parts which is always a plus. LO is 7 months and getting more into it. Would be better if it had more parts that light up than the red heart. Hippo noise is a little creepy but the songs are cute. Easy to hold and cushioned around the plastic center. Great for the car ride and a to go toy. Would have given 5 stars if there were more colors or buttons that lit up. ****update: as LO gets older this is easily becoming one of her favorite toys! It’s easy for her to pick up and carry around w her and the teething feet and ears are great. Definitely a great pick for a great price. I bought this for my newborn, who's now 3 months. She really likes when we play with this and gets excited. The center piece is easy to take out and put back in. Baby can easily hold it. Our child loved this toy for almost a full year of play! It's great for teething and the sounds are really cute. It was nice to be able to take out the inside part to wash the plush part. It's very portable for the car and the stroller- we'd still use ours daily except it got lost in a store, lol. For the price and value I'd definitely buy it again! Good and handy for getting your little one to sleep, New mom and 7 month old daughter loves this and is teething which is trial and error so I like that concept another great one by this brand is just the plush pink bear by V-Tech with music and not teething yet.
