I love taking pictures and whenever I whip this thing out, I get complimented by how nice/professional it looks. I take photos with my phone so can't comment on the camera mount, but when it comes to hold an iPhone 14 pro, I have no complaints. The base is very sturdy but I was in an area where a bit of wind made it sway a bit. That's to be expected though since it's not heavy (which means it doesn't anchor well). I bought this tripod mainly to mount a small DJI Pocket 2 camera on the screw and use in on golf courses. After a few use, the plate holding the screw broke. It's just a piece of fragile plastic, not metal in it. Luckily, no damage to my DJI camera after falling off on the golf course ground. It's probably OK to use it for holding a phone. Good luck if you want to mount a DSL camera on it like one of the images shows, or even mount a small lightweight camera. ... show more
