it is difficult to turn on (it does not turn on the first time), it determines the paper size incorrectly, it is impossible to print on non-standard stickers, it prints one sticker, then pauses for 1 minute and the second sticker is already printed incorrectly! I don't recommend buying it if you don't want to spend a couple of hours setting it up and not get any results! ... show more

Very happy with this little thermal printer. It can print dozens of labels or stickers in a matter of seconds. Works well with any thermal labels up to 4". I haven't figured out a way to print from anything but a computer, but that's all it's advertised to do. I use a laptop for this and it's small size make it great to take along. ... show more

Should’ve read the fine print better does not connect to phone to print! Do not want to have to have desktop or laptop available to print shipping labels when I primarily use phone or I pad
