I bought this set for my new courtyard. I am a 75 year old woman, and I assembled this 3-piece set one evening while watching TV. It did take a few hours to assemble, but the directions were very good and easy to follow, and all the pieces were labeled and everything fit together perfectly. The set was packaged well, so it arrived on time, and in perfect condition. I absolutely love this set!!! It's so pretty and very comfortable. I've searched everywhere for a good, affordable, well-made pair of outdoor chairs that GLIDE, SWIVEL, are comfortable, sturdy and light enough for a 62-year-old to pick up and move around. I am a retired home furnishings industry journalist, and I live five miles from the center of High Point, the furniture capital of the world. Everything I found ROCKED instead of GLIDED, or was too expensive, or too heavy. I hit the jackpot with this set. When the package arrived, flatpacked, I was a bit leery - there were so many pieces that I was certain something would be missing, or a hole wouldn't be drilled quite right... but I was wrong! EVERYTHING arrived in beautiful condition. The base and frame are sturdy and surprisingly well made. The swivel is smooth, the glide function is a DREAM. The assembly instructions were as good as it gets - I've definitely worked with far worse. The cushions are plump, firm and covered in a very nice outdoor/performance fabric. The glass in the table is perfect weight and beautifully cut. I've ordered a LOT from Amazon over the years, and rarely have I felt so compelled to write a review. Again, I can't stress enough that there are showrooms, wholesalers and manufacturer outlets all around me - but I couldn't find what I was looking for until I found this. Very nice job, Vonzoy. You have a FIRST CLASS QUALITY CONTROL inspector!! We truly love the chairs and table. This is an OUTSTANDING BARGAIN for the price. ... show more

    • Very comfortable but take over 2 hrs to put together with one person.

Did not come with an y extra screws or plastic spacers. I lost one spacer and I need to contact the company for another. Is there a customer service number that you can provide? Very solid and I have gotten compliments on the cushions and how they glide and rock.

My review is pretty much like everyone else. Set is extremely nice, sturdy and came well packaged. Everything was labeled to make assembly easier. Don’t lose any pieces as you don’t get extras. Assembly was a bit difficult but I did it all by myself. Use pliers or robogrips to hold nut as you screw it it. You will thank me. I would recommend this set. ... show more

It’s springtime in Oklahoma, and we wanted some new patio furniture. My husband and I found a swivel glider we liked at the depot, but each chair was $350. I still would have bought two, but they were out of stock. Then I find this set! Not as beefy, but otherwise, the same! It did take me about 30 minutes to put together each chair, but the directions were thorough and easy to follow. Chairs are comfortable enough and sturdy. The seat cushion could be a little thicker, but that’s an easy fix. Only time will tell how these chairs will hold up, but I’m not expecting any issues. A bit to put together but good instructions and not bad if you use drill. After the first the second is a breeze. Very comfortable and quality is good. Impressed enough that we purchased a second set to complete our deck furniture. Good purchase and reasonably priced.

The first chair took a little longer to assemble than the 2nd but that's to be expected. All the holes line up very well, the quality of the materials is really good and makes for a sturdy chair. After assembling the first chair, the 2nd went in half the time having gone through this and knowing how it all fit together. The instructions are clear with the exception of the very first page that describes attaching the side piece to the back. This is a deep chair and what looks in the drawing like the side arm pieces should go one direction, they actually fit another. Just line up the holes and everything works out. The seat is a metal frame with heavy duty webbing that supports the cushion. The swivel/glide mechanisms are well made, no cheap plastic anywhere on the chair. The set looks very nice and the cushions are large and comfortable. This was a good deal and we are very pleased with the chairs and side table. ... show more
